After a month of fruitless search for a warehouse, I came across Digsy and voila!, got the deal done within a couple of weeks. Moving my company from New Jersey to California, it was pretty daunting to find the right warehouse in an area I was not familiar with. Digsy definitely made that transition easier, and I'm now enjoying my new warehouse. Thanks!

The Digsy site and staff are amazing! I cannot say enough wonderful things about the site and have referred it to many people in the last 8 months.
I decided in early 2015 to start my own business and after asking numerous people if they knew a commercial realtor with no luck I turned to the internet with low hopes of sorting out all of the 100's of ads for commercial space, realtors and advertisements. I stumbled upon Digsy and I really appreciated the thoroughness of being able to break down exactly what I was looking for from the location, type of commercial space, square footage, maximum I wanted to spend a month and more. I received a hello email from the CEO within minutes of submitting my request letting me know they were on it and that they would have some spaces available for me within 24 hours. They also mentioned that they noticed I was not working with a realtor and would I like to be introduced to one and I said yes. They introduced me to an amazing realtor from VOIT and he was able to help me get an amazing space on the ocean in beautiful La Jolla, CA and make my dream on business ownership come true. He was not pushy, was thorough and listened to what I was looking for and delivered. I highly recommend anyone needing help with commercial space or a commercial agent to check them out. Oh and the President sent me a follow email making sure I was satisfied and that his business was truly living up to their expectations.

I've used to be skeptical of agents because I believed their goal was to get me to spend as much as possible on leases or homes. This was not the case. I was told by my advisors to use a broker because they will help negotiate the best rate possible and find you the right property, Jeff Hakim did a great job in finding me an office that is the perfect size for our needs now. He was thorough and visited many locations with me, giving valuable advice along the way. I would definitely use Digsy again.

We knew absolutely NOTHING about commercial property and even less about how to find exactly what we were looking for. At first this service seemed to good to be true and we were waiting for the catch that never came. The initial survey helped to narrow down our needs in order to help find a match for our needs. After an initial introductory call from an agent to confirm and clarify some of our comments we quickly were able to start looking at properties. Service is very professional and once we narrowed our choice down to a property our agent negotiated and advocated for us to try and get the best deal possible . We loved every aspect of our experience, in fact, we are planning on getting back in touch with Digsy again soon as we are near the end of our 2 year contract and want to try to find a larger space to help accommodate our growing needs! The catch is that this company is a great catch!

Digsy was easy to use and the service they provided was exceptional. Their agents were very responsive and professional and they found a 5,400 sq. ft. commercial space that met our specific needs in less than two weeks. They also provided great advice in negotiating and closing our lease deal. Overall an outstanding experience.
