Although I didn't get the answer I was hoping for, I was treated like a valued customer and my queries were all dealt with to my satisfaction before the ticket was closed at my insistence. I only have good things to say about Chip :o)

I needed to withdraw all my money urgently to fund a house purchase. Since my bank (Revolut) was not on their special "list" I could not do a direct transfer. The only option was either transfer to another bank then on to Revolut or transfer to the general investment account and see if it was possible to transfer to Revolut from there. I tried what I thought would be the quicker option and transferred all my money to the investment account but it never arrived.
On contacting Chip they showed me the small print that says the transfer can take 4 working days - nightmare!!
I had no issue withdrawing from Monzo, Chase etc... so I suggest using those apps instead.

Ben at Chip was very helpful and provided me with a link to access a statement of interest earned very quickly despite the fact that I had moved my money from Chip to another provider only because I found a better interest rate. If Chip were able to offer a market leading instant access savings account I would be back with them as their service is excellent

Dreadful service. Staff at Chip are unable to use their own app referring me to the wrong places. The app is clunky and impossible to use without help - I simply want to open a new Smart ISA. You can’t speak by phone to anyone so can only use the chat. If they get stuck on the chat (I also made a formal complaint) they just cut you off or ignore you! My advice - use Trafing212 far better service.

We had a slight problem the day before the deadline for transferring to our cash isa. I think it was our side not theirs. I contacted them in the morning and they sorted it all out by the afternoon. Very professional. And they followed up with emails checking everything was okay.

Their signing on policy was easy and their app is very efficient and easy to use.
They offer attractive ISA products which are competitive.

I was having issues with the security check. It took many attempts but all the way I had excellent support and encouragement from Usamah. Together we got there in the end and I was able to continue transferring funds again. I think there are probably more glitches to come but with the incredible support, I feel confident and will continue banking with Chip so long as the interest rates are good! Ut afterwards i wrote that i was still not satisfied and asked more a out the missing wntry where it changed from 484 to 483. This was ryped unfortunately on down the email and was not seen by your staff. Please expkain why that xeucial 484 qas chabged to 483
