My experience with Getaflight was really amazing. We booked a return trip from London to Bali but were finding it difficult to navigate the online website of the airline so I called up Getaflight to ask for help regarding the check in and Russel very kindly obliged and was extremely informative and helpful. I informed Russel that we may require assistance with our booking because of a knee injury I had picked up and Russel reassured me it would be fine and made the process of booking very smooth and easy and managed to sort out the seat allocations for myself and my family with no issues. 10/10.

A month prior to my flight, I've noticed that my tickets aren't being issued, so I've emailed them, and they've advised that my luggage hasn't been confirmed, yet the airline states the luggage is automatically included in the ticket, yet they were forcing me to pay an additional 100 pounds for a luggage allowance, which is total BS - only then they've issued my tickets.

A special thank you to Charles, who called me yesterday with a completely unexpected upgrade. He increased my baggage allowance from 25kg to 30kg and also made my ticket flexible at no extra cost. It was such a pleasant surprise and a gesture that was genuinely appreciated.

Throughout my experience, the customer service team has been kind, friendly, and easy to communicate with. It’s refreshing to deal with a company that values its customers and goes the extra mile.
