Yep scam!!!! Do not!! I repeat, do not!! Use georgiadivorceonline.com. They will take you through the process of collecting information, taking either $199, or 2 payments of $99 dollars, and charge you a court “fee” of $487 dollars. I do t know if the other person who was scammed is in Decatur, but the filing fee in Decatur is only $64 dollars. They never once stated lawyer fees, only court fees. I also looked up the lawyers name online, The Gillespie Law Firm isn’t even an accredited law firm and the address is a million dollar home in Alpharetta. If they delete this I will continue to repost this warning.

I am surprised that I now have to pay $482.00 after paying $199.00. This is a total scam. Please be aware!

Complete and utter scam! They make it seem like the $199 you pay up front is the total cost and then continue to ask you for money to complete every step of process. There are no refunds no matter what even if it was their faulty. Whole website is a fraud scheme. Whatever you do don't use this website. Forgot to mention they take a month to reply to email and say they sent you emails when they really didn't the photos of the customer service person on chat are AI generated lol

Completely botched. A month after canceling my service saying it was 'completed' I find out that NOTHING has been submitted to the courts. On top of taking 2 months of inactivity (that I was charged for) NOTHING was even filed. I had to email them to even ask 'is anything left?' for them to stop charging me. A SHAM in my opinion. Also if they screwed ANYTHING up which is likely, they WILL not discuss it with you unless you resubscribe. Even if it was their error.

I was skeptical about using this service at first because everything was online but I gave it a chance and I must say I am 100% satisfied with the results. The process was simple and I’m grateful for these services! Highly recommended!

Getting a divorce is already stressful and I was leery about doing it on line, but they did an amazing job and made the process so easy from beginning to end and the price was very affordable. I filed at the end of August and divorce was finalized on Oct 14th and I know that's only because in Georgia you have a 30 day wait period other wise it would have been sooner. Thank you so much for making this easy. I would difantly recommend them to anyone.

This process has cost me more then if I had went to a local attorney and has taken three times as long as it would have. I suggest going through a local attorney because the forms will be completed onsite and signed onsite and processed through the court by the attorney.

BEWARE! They are extremely unprofessional. Claims no refunds after a customer representative offer a partial refund on the phone then emailed me saying I mislead myself. Would not recommend to anyone.

Easy and fast process! Any questions are answer in a timely manner and guidance through the process is given. Easy to use online notaries are available. Lisa was absolutely amazing and very helpful through it all. Well worth it!!

A really easy process honestly. They walked me through everything I needed to do, from filing to completing the parenting course, etc. Really good process, the divorce was finalized in 3 months!

Simple process. Whole thing took just under two months before going to judge for finalization.

Tried to use Georgia Divorce online. Submitted paperwork had some issues come up and had to move to another county in Georgia. When I tried to resume the process albeit 9 mos later I was informed they could not help me due to the change in County. I asked for a refund as their website says GEORGIA Divorce online not specific Counties divorce online. I was told no refund! Misrepresentation for sure.
