I had the best experience. They quickly answered any questions I had. If there were any changes they did it quickly and sent the paperwork back right away. They informed me of the process and resources I could use to check status. It was a very smooth process thanks to them!

By far, one of the worst businesses/customer support I've ever had to work with. When initially completing the online questionnaire, you pay a fee of $195 in order to have your paperwork drafted. I waited 2 weeks to receive my first draft of paperwork. My spouse requested 1 simple change to the paperwork, which led to an additional 2 weeks of waiting for 2 sentences to be added into the paperwork. Both parties approved the paperwork and were told we would be sent a zelle link within 24hrs to pay ANOTHER filing fee of $495 that was never previously disclosed. It has been two weeks, numerous phone calls, and 5 emails to the "info" distro email trying to receive the zelle link to pay the final fee. I've received zero response from the legal team, and the receptionist that always calls back after I leave a voice mail states she will get in touch with the legal team. Overall, it has been 6 weeks and still my divorce paperwork has not been filed; had I've filed myself, I'd be legally divorced by now. This company is a complete scam and does not uphold their promises of an "easy", "fast" divorce.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had as a consumer. The process was simple, easy and affordable. All my questions were answered immediately. I highly recommend their service. I contacted them in February and my divorce was final on March 14.

The overall experience was extremely convenient. The only thing I became confused with was knowing if my ex-husband and I actually needed to zoom to finalize our divorce. After making a few inquiries it was confirmed there was no need for us to zoom. Divorce finalized.

Super responsive, knowledgeable and they made an extremely stressful process and event, quick and easy! I HIGHLY recommend their services. I didn't have the bandwidth to complete myself so procuring the services was the best decision made! Such a quick process and I can begin a new chapter in my life!

Process was easy and self explanatory. When I did have questions, I got a response right away. I filed mid-December and it was final February 21. I would definitely recommend.

SCAM!! I paid $195 up front. I had to email them to ask when my papers would be ready. That day, they magically appeared. After approving the papers, it asked for another $487 for “court cost, filing fees, and lawyer fees”, BUT, you can only pay this using Zelle or a mailed money order! If you aren’t familiar with Zelle, there is no purchase protection. And they do not issue refunds.

Highly recommend!! Give them what they need and they will deliver. Start to finish approximately 5 weeks. Very thorough and professional..

I googled online divorce and this is where the search took me. I will admit I didn't do a lot of research because I (mistakenly) thought this was through the state. Once I figured out that it wasn't, I did panic a little. What if it was a scam? I mean it was cheap in comparison to hiring a lawyer; a few hundred dollars vs the $7500 the lawyer wanted in a deposit...it very well could have been. BUT IT WASN'T A SCAM. I answered all the questions, my spouse went along with it. And now I am divorced (as of Feb 13th)! Lisa was very responsive, even when she was out of the office which was helpful to me. I would highly recommend this service :)
My only thing is, if you look online and it says "closed" in their system, that does not mean they are done. Just means they are done with their part. I was so confused and I panicked when I saw that. Lisa set me straight though. It was all good.

Filed over a month ago and have not heard from anyone regarding this process. I leave a message and someone will call me back and all she says is someone will call you shortly it’s been over a month. I want a refund

You guys have made it so easy to do something.I was trying to do for almost three years, that was very difficult. And extremely expensive. It was just so much better this way and I am so glad I found your website and i'm just glad it's over with and everything went absolutely perfect. Anytime I set an email to ask the question, I used to think I would get a response the next day. But most of the time, I got a response within an hour, and I found that absolutely amazing because that just never happens and again, just everything went so smooth with extremely very little. Effort on my part. Thank you

My experience was a pretty good one because my paralegal, Lisa, was absolutely amazing. Knowledgeable and patient because I had a heap of questions lol. Not knowing how stressful this process can get, you need clarity at every turn, and Lisa provided that.

At first I thought it was a scam but i went all in.. I saw some of the other negative reviews and was like dang!!... Maybe they did something wrong or didn't want to pay but my divorce is final!!.. They picked up they phone when it called and/or they got right back within me.. So yes.. They're legit💯💍

As long as both parties cooperate, this process was smooth and effective! Highly recommend

I just want to say that I was skeptical about using this service due to the amount of scams and fake companies I’ve encountered in the past.. but I give this company 6 STARS!!! I was awarded my divorce in less than 2 months.Very impressive .,There were no hidden fees, my emails were answered timely, and they also were very informative throughout the entire process.. I highly recommend!!!!

The system was simple and efficient and quick and economical

This was almost an unbelievable experience! It was an uncontested divorce after being married for 22 years. I went online, answered some simple questions and then clicked “next“. I didn’t have to do anything complicated, and they directed me every single step of the way with immediate emails after each step was taken. They explained to me along the way every single part of the process and made it so simple for me. The price was accurate from the start and this saved me thousands of dollars. I paid the fee on November 24, 2024 when I started the process. The judge signed the final decree for divorce on January 15th. This means it took only 52 days to complete our uncontested divorce. In reality, it only took 22 days because, in Georgia, there’s a 30 day waiting period for the judge to sign the decree. In our case, the judge signed the decree 6 days after the waiting period expired.

There were no complicated forms for me to fill out, neither one of us ever had to step into a courtroom or visit a lawyer‘s office. We just answered the questions they asked online and then clicked “next“ and it auto populated all of the documents that they fully managed. The only thing we had to do on our end was go to a UPS store and have our documents notarized and scanned. That’s it! They were friendly and made it incredibly simple. I never could’ve imagined it would be this inexpensive, fast and simple. This service is exactly what is advertised, even better, and they, by far, over delivered on value! So happy!

The process was different at first because of lack of understanding but they communicated through the entire process which was great. The process took about 2 months but I am happy that the divorce is what we both agreed upon and they made the changes as needed.

Very timely action and turnaround, and a completely hassle-free process.
