Amazing Custmer Service

Not only are Gentlebands products beautifully crafted, their customer service is outstanding. Asked for some info on a product I purchased more than a year ago and they went above and beyond to ensure I am a super happy customer. Good price for high quality designs, exceptional service

Good price for high quality designs, and the customer service is also excellent. Shout out to Sarah from the customer satisfaction team - helped me with getting the perfect size and making sure I took care of the Silver Forest ring, 10/10 service. Will definitely be getting any of my future rings from them.

Poor quality product and customer service

The wood separated from the metal and when I emailed to request a replacement I included photos of the ring and the certificate and original packaging. They will not replace without an order number which I do not have as it was given to me by someone else. Avoid due to quality and customer service issues.

Arrived as expected- gorgeous ring

I had ordered a ring in 2021 from another website with wood and tungsten. This year it broke, so I was looking for a replacement.
I ordered a ring from gentlebands that looked almost identical to his first ring. I was worried when I saw shipping from china, but it arrived looking exactly as pictured, and fit him perfectly. I don’t expect it to last forever, but I’m happy there is a lifetime warranty, incase the wood ends up separating from the ring (as his one from northern royal did).

I ordered a ring December 4th

I ordered a ring December 4th. Its now February 14th. Originally they emailed me 2 weeks after I made my order and told me it would be delayed another week or so. When that passed I emailed them and they replied with it would be another 45 days. After that passed I email again and all I would get was they were keeping an eye on the progress of my ring. I finally gave up and requested a refund.

Gentle bands is legit

Okay! I am giving them a 4 star rating because shipping took forever. To be honest with you I felt confident and after ordering the ring, but then I never seen any confirmation through my email regarding an order number or tracking number so then I thought this was a scam after reading manyyyy reviews. Seems fishy at first then I finally received my ring! Gentlebands.com is legit company. I love my future husbands ring! Thank you gentle bands! Sorry for doubting you.

Their Customer Support is a joke and…

Their Customer Support is a joke and their lifetime warranty a scam. I have been emailing back and forth since May of 2025 with no resolution. "Emily" is saving the company a lot of money by refusing to help assist paid customers their replacements. She even asked for photos to prove the rings existence and then denied to replace after telling she would if I could send photos. SCAM!! Cheap rings = cheaper service.

Beautiful ring and fantastic customer service

Beautiful ring and fantastic customer service

My partner bought me the Tide ring for Xmas and we were so excited when it arrived.

Unfortunately we misunderstood the sizing chart and so the ring received was too tight. I tried to live with it but unfortunately it became too uncomfortable when my hands warmed up and were slightly swollen.

When we contacted customer services they said they'd send out a replacement, a size bigger, at no extra cost.

Well it arrived today and it fits perfectly. It has also been engraved with the same words as the original one too.

It's a beautiful ring and well made, and looks a quality product.

More often than not dealing with online sales companies can be a nightmare because of product quality, misrepresentation etc (i.e. not getting what you think you've bought and paid for), however dealing with Gentlebands has been a refreshing experience and their after sales service is second to none.

We'd definitely recommend them!

Ps Make sure you get the sizing right in the first instance if you can

Beautiful ring and superb customer service

Highly recommend.
Beautiful ring - well made, engraved with my words at no extra charge and great quality.
I misunderstood the sizing chart so had to communicate with them to change my order and the team were so helpful and reassuring.
When it arrived it was indeed perfect.
So happy with the whole experience.

not a good experience at all!

My husband was gifted a ring, and we were so excited to receive it. Unfortunately, it didn’t fit — but we weren’t worried at first because the company advertises a return/exchange policy. I reached out right away to begin the exchange process, and they initially responded quickly and said they would be happy to honor their policy.

But the next email was completely different. They changed their answer, and after several back-and-forth messages, they are now refusing to uphold their own policy or help me in any way. It has been incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

Because of their refusal to follow through, we’re now stuck with a ring my husband can’t even wear. Very unhappy with the customer service and the lack of integrity.

Good customer service

Accidentally ordered 2 rings, emailed them and they got back straight away and sorted it.
Ring was slightly too big emailed them and again they got back straight away and within 3 days the replacement was sent.
Ring seems durable, but it's made of tungsten alloy so what do you expect.
Shipping was fine. I live in the UK and there based in Chicago so anyone expecting 3 day delivery on free shipping are being unreasonable

Amazing customer service! Replacement ring

I ordered a unique ring for my wedding and it arrived from America to the Uk after around 10 days.
Unfortunately it was just slightly too small- this was mainly due to my translation of Uk and US sizing. However almost immediately Gentlebands replied to my email and informed me to keep the ring I had received, they would send me a ring size (took around 10 days) and then I could order a replacement at no extra cost.

Informed, responded to me. Engraved the second ring to be the same as the first and I’ve just received the fitting ring.

The quality is perfect.

Customer service

I made an order and paid for expedited shipping now i will say that I do not like that their status updates are not current or informative however, their customer service was excellent and the product was beautiful. And had I had accurate updates for my order I would not have needed to reach out to customer service but am glad I did as they responded immediately and professionally. Shipping was speedy.

5 star review- superb service

I ordered a ring for my husband and it was the wrong size for him.I asked Gentlebands if I could return it- their customer service person, Sarah, was amazing. Sarah sent me a ring sizer so I could get the size right, then sent me the correct size ring- and it was engraved exactly as the original ring was! All free of charge! Most excellent customer service and follow up from Sarah- super impressed! Quality of ring is superb. Thank you 😊

If I could give zero stars

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. We were initially thrilled to find such a beautiful wedding band, but our experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. The website provided completely inaccurate shipping information, forcing us to scramble for a replacement band just days before our wedding.

When we contacted customer service about this issue, their only response—after repeated back-and-forth—was to offer a mere 10% discount, which felt dismissive given the inconvenience and stress their mistake caused.

We were told our original order would arrive shortly after our honeymoon, but yet again, that promise was broken. The company then claimed “UPS seized the package,” which seems highly questionable. After more follow-up, they said the item was being reshipped, but at this point, we have no confidence in their word.

We will be requesting a full refund and taking our business elsewhere. This company has proven to be unreliable, unprofessional, and extremely frustrating to deal with.
