Online watch order to Ireland
For context, I ordered a watch online. Not through one of their stores.
Delivery:
Processing was a little slow but I was told it was because DHL was experiencing some logistical issues so I won't mark them down for that.
I made the order late on a Friday, it was in DHL's hands the following Wednesday, and it was delivered to me in Ireland the following Monday. So 6 days in total from ordering to delivery which isn't terrible but not fantastic either.
One thing I did not know before ordering from Geneve: While the Canary Islands are part of Spain and thus part of the EU, they are not part of the EU’s tax area. So even though the package is technically travelling solely within the EU, the item has to go through customs. DHL handled everything here but it did take longer than DHL Express usually takes when sending within the EU (usually 1-2 days in my experience, versus the 3 here).

The watch came nicely packed, no notable damage to anything.
Customer Service:
Very quick response time via their email and little fluff in answering my questions. Delightful experience in this regard.

We went back the next day & we were helped by a lovely gentleman who set up the watch for my husband. The service received here was just outstanding from everyone we spoke to. Good experience
I had a lovely experience as a customer at Geneve Meloneras, located at the Varadero center. They really took their time to both talk watches, share their knowledge and recommendations and share personal experience. In my travelling experience its not a guarantee that you get a friendly rapport like with these guys. Can fully recommend if your into watches and looking for a personal experience.

Never doing business with this company
On Sunday I went to the boutique at the boulevard at Maspalomas. I came for an Omega Seamaster. The guy told me that he have also an Omega Speedmaster Snoopy limited edition in the shop but only for special guest who loves the Speedmaster. I was waring van Speedmaster at that moment. I told him that I want to think about is and call him back later. The day after I called him that is want to make an appointment to buy the Snoopy Speedmaster. During the apointment the guy told me that I was only possible tot buy the Snoopy when I buy the Seamaster as well. I was totally confused about that because that was not what he told me the day before. After that is called Genève to tell about my experience. A few ours later the lady of the customer service called me back about the situation and she told me that de guy from the shop told me that if I buy the Speedmaster he can put me on the waiting list. That was absolutely not what he told me the day before and this morning. I was in the shop with a few family members and they all said that this is not true. Every people at Genève tells an other story and it’s doesn’t fit together. I am very disappointed in the way this company is doing business and will not recommend it to anyone.

Superb, No Other Word needed.
Fantastic! My amazing Tissot arrived today, I could not be happier. I was complaining about customer service, but turns out it was my own mistake. A lovely lady even called me while she was on her holidays! I felt terrible! Now that's amazing service.
The only thing "wrong" was the fact that it came with a different strap than I ordered, but you know what? I love it! So elegant and beautiful.

Fast, accurate and flawless order of my order sent to Germany
I ordered a watch to be send to Germany. Geneve processed this order very fast, added all documents, so I had absolutely no problems with customs and tax, and gave a tracking number so I always new were the parcel is. It could have not done better

I was looking for a specific watch that most shops didn't have in stock. GeneveCompany had it with a great price. They answered my questions very fast and i paid with bank transfer without any issue.
Delivery with DHL took only 3 days.
