Unfortunately I've not had a good experience with this online store. I ordered two items, received just one (in a box too small to have fitted the other item in it) and have spent three days trying to get hold of them with no response to email, voicemail, or their online chat. Not impressed with the customer service, and now I'm down an item I needed but don't really want to order from elsewhere when I've already paid for it.

Update: they did finally respond after 4 days and said they'd had network problems (they're based in London so not sure how this happened). They agreed to send the missing item immediately, but then sent it second class so it took a week to arrive... They also processed a refund which I wasn't expecting, but still don't think I'll order from them again!

Got a range of eco-friendly products via the postie today a slight delay due to something being out of stock but a very good shop with good quality eco-friendly products, I will be shopping here again.

100% recommend the soap dishes, beautiful hand made unique natural products. Fast delivery, great communication with the personal touch. Will definitely be buying from you again :-)
