I obtained an online quote from u switch which showed General Accident as very competitive.
When i tried to buy the insurance I was met by a phone number requesting further information.
Rang this many times but if they are busy they just cut off the call.
Tried in morning when they open and so far been on hold for 12 minutes being told it will be a 45 minute minimum wait.
They are cheaper than current insurer but not sure its worth the poor customer service I have been met with.
One day later after one hour got through to a very helpful lady, the glitch is apparently common as quote was obtained through comparison site,data then travels between large panel of insurers and apparently sometimes this happens.
Thank you for the reply, I dont often complain but one hour is a long wait, as I said previously the lady I eventually spoke to was really helpful and explained what you have mentioned in your reply

If I could write no star I would don’t trust the other fake bot accounts on this app this is genuine and real review the company is shocking and disgusting the people on the phone sound like zombies and are half asleep they would rather be anywhere but help you. They will just mess you about and treat you like a complete mug I have recorded my phone call with them and will be going to TikTok making sure it goes viral and hopefully help others to not make the same mistake I made which was waisting so much time on this shit scam of a company.
