What a GREAT company to do business with. I purchased a Hex EZCan for my new R1250RS. Not only was their price the best available on-line, they even included an extra splitter cable, hence a bargain compared to other suppliers.

However, it did not stop there. The follow emails confirming order, delivery and shipment were not bland and boring as most are. You have to see them to appreciate them and by god did they bring a bright cheer to dull day.

My order arrived the next working day. It was very well packaged and even included 2 little bags of Haribo sweets.

They say it's often the little things that make a huge difference. Gendan are exceptional, they definitely go that extra mile and I would have absolutely no hesitation in buying from them again.

If I was to sum up in one word: SUPERB....

After the first couple of enquiries the comms went dead. Read receipts show emails read but not answered. Last email enquiry was 11am. It's 6pm and nothing. Nothing yesterday, nothing today. I was ready to buy £225 kit off him but decided to go to a more responsive vendor. How this company gets its ratings is beyond belief! Glad I found out the easy way that this is a bad company. AVOID, AVOID,AVOID and just in case I may not have made myself clear AVOID!!!

I was so impressed with my first order from Gendan that I immediately placed a second order for another product.
Such a great young company, communication was first class, pricing was great and delivery excellent - couldn't fault anything.l, even got packets of Haribo with my deliveries (enough of a reason to keep using them if you as me!).
Just shows what great young entrepreneurial companies are out there - forget the "big boys" and support companies like Gendan.

Great experience from start to finish. I spoke to one of the Gendan team about the issue I had with a 2013 Polo TDI, the DPF was causing limp mode and unable to regenerate due to this. I spoke with the team who pointed me in the direction of the VCDS Ross-Tech HEX V2. I order the hardware and was delivered to the NE of Scotland the following day, the hardware enabled me to measure the soot and ash content of the DPF, once this data was known I could safely remove the limp mode and conduct a regeneration whilst driving the car. Normal OBD diagnostics doesn't work on an early 2003-2013 Bentley Continental, so we ordered the Ross-Tech HEX-V2 3 vin package, it was ordered new years eve & came the next working day! swift delivery, updated on on delivery, well wrapped, came with a VAT invoice, the software was very quick & simple to install and instructions were provided, great supplier in the UK, worth every penny as it diagnosed two ongoing faults with us going to a Bentley dealer! Ordered the Ross-Tech HEX-V2 10 vin package, it was ordered first thing Monday morning and was delivered first thing Tuesday morning, very fast delivery and I was kept updated on every step during the entire process, the software was very simple to install and full instructions were provided, great to have a Ross-Tech supplier in the UK, couldn’t be happier with this purchase! Bought multiecuscan for 2018 fiat motorhome. It's a lot to sort on your laptop. To get it all right. And found the team very helpfull.do my own oil changes, but you need to reset oil light. £300 for an oil change and light reset. So payed for itself on 1st procedure I used it for

I received two very chewy tasty packets of Haribo from yourselves this morning
Whilst I prefer a nice piece of fruit the afformentioned chews were not welcomed by all who tasted them
Both packets arrived as expected in immaculate condition despite having to endure such a long treacherous journey from the wilds of Wales
However as a loyal returning customer I did expect another layer of bubbles for that extra security but I forgive you this once

When I noticed my legacy cable was no longer up to the job, I contacted Gendan for advice. They explained all my options in great detail and even advised me to sell my old cable privately which cut the upgrade cost further. Very fast delivery of the new cable. I contacted Gendan with a query regarding one of their products a Foxwell NT530 Full Systems Scanner, and whether this product would do a DPF regeneration on my vehicle which I gave them the model number and year, this was 17 August. I received a reply from Mike West at Gendan on 19 August asking for registration number, which I gave them. I then get a reply listing various other machines with no answer to my original question. I ask the question again and finally get a reply on 20 August listing my cars VIN number and some general information about the product but still no answer to my question and it finally finished with “why do you need to perform a DPF regeneration on your car?” Huh? I wasted 3 days here and I am still none the wiser. Why be so evasive, either yes it does it, or no it does not, would have been fine. When people are being evasive it is usually to hide something. I bought some laptop software from Gendan some years before and found it quite good, so I was a returning customer but to get a direct answer from them was impossible and I have since had to look elsewhere, but thanks’ anyway Gendan.

Gendan great company to deal with giving me confidence to troubleshoot if required, GS911WIFI came well packaged and extremely quickly.

Bought an NT680 pro from Gendan in 2021. I am a serial shed (old car) buyer and home mechanic, and have used the tool hundreds of times on multiple cars to find and trace faults, reset after servicing, you name it.
Had a fault with the micro sd card recently and Grant was so helpful running through the reset and fault finding. (Issue was me replacing with a 128GB card rather than the 16/32GB card it needed.
These guys are so helpful and always quick to get in touch.

Ordered an OBD 2 LX and adapter cable. I wasn't sure if the adapter cable was the correct one for my bike. Emailed GENDAN and got a quick reply from Mike to confirm it was the correct cable.
