Excellent buying experience
Excellent buying experience. Sunny is awesome. Enjoy the estate pieces too. Chat can be a problem maybe because of the time difference. I lost out on a few. Its great when each item is shown and an explanation given. Can't wait to see the native American.

Absolutely wonderful!
I recently purchased the 18K, YG, magnetic necklace, that comes from Japan, what an absolutely beautiful piece! It's so versatile! It sparkles like nothing else! I hope there'll be more opportunities to purchase these again! Worth every penny!

Total fraud
Bought a beautiful yellow diamond ring over a month ago . When negotiating the price with the show manager he told me that the ring was worth 49. It would also come with an appraisal. When I received the ring and appraisal it was only appraised for 23,500. I was shocked. Contacted the show that same day. I spoke with a gentleman who was able to pull up our chat online and he too was shocked I was told this. He told me to contact Customer Support on Monday morning, which I did. I’ve called every week and was finally in touch with a manager. She told me she would look into it and get back with me the same day. It’s been almost two weeks and.. crickets. No one has ever called me back. At this point I don’t know what to do. Could someone please contact me.

I paid for overnight shipping to…
I paid for overnight shipping to receive by a certain date. The order hasn’t been processed as I write this, missing my requested date. If the order had been processed when I made the purchase, it would have arrived as requested. I work during the day and do not always have the ability to check or call customer service during the 8 hours they are open. I tried the chat function and was simply told “contact customer service”. I am also waiting for the funds from a previous cancelled order to be released. Why does it take 7-10 business days to release funds that are not being used?

DONT buy from this company. They have a terrible return policy. The diamond necklace I ordered was no where what they showed on the TV. It was blown up on the tv screen and when you get it the item is so tiny it looks like a child’s necklace Returned the item the second day It’s been over 2 weeks and still no refund. They like to charge your card right away but no refund

Still no delivery. Seems there was a problem sizing one item in the order and no one contacted me. When I was contacted I was told the necklace would be sent out immediately and overnight. No necklace or email saying it shipped.

I recently had a dispute with Gem Shopping Network. It's not necessary to go through the whole experience, but suffice it to say, their accounting department dug its heels in and refused to admit they were being completely unreasonable. I'd made up my mind NEVER to shop with the company again, but one of the Customer Service managers, LaTrish Woods, was so professional, so understanding, so accommodating, so thorough in her efforts to make me happy that she alone changed my mind about the company--she was able to work something out that was very reasonable. This whole matter concerned a rather small amount of money, but she was determined to find a solution. If you ever have an issue with this company, I hope you can connect with her -- GSN is lucky to have someone like her representing them.
