The ordering process was easy and the design, terrific. If I have any complaints it’s that the piece is much smaller than pictured in it’s beauty shots and the chain and ring, way too delicate.

Great experience
I ordered a bracelet that was too small around the wrist so I contacted them, and their response was professional, helpful, and prompt. Returned and bought the right one with no problems. Nice bracelet.

Very Beautiful Necklace
The ordering was very straight forward. I received my cross very quickly by FedEx. The packaging was impressive. The jewelry box is sturdy and my cross undamaged. It is exactly what I have been searching for. Words and pictures do not do this justice. I will pass it down to my great granddaughter.

We’re sorry for the frustration this caused. A tracking number is automatically generated when an order is prepared in the system, which may show as “pre-transit” until the shipment is fully processed. In this case, the order was later canceled as per your request before it was shipped.
If you need any further assistance or clarification, please feel free to contact us and we will be happy to help.

Quality custom made product, at a great price!
I was skeptical at first about the quality of the item I ordered. When it arrived, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the product. This was a custom made charm and it was exactly what I wanted. The whole process from initial order date to receipt of the finished product (in a lovely green box) was less than 10 days. I loved the charm. It is well made and I actually ordered another one to complete my necklace. I will definitely be ordering from Gelin again.

Tiniest charm I have ever purchased
Tiniest charm I have ever purchased. I bought a K charm for my son. I had an A already for my other child and it is larger and more prominent. I did not expeect the K to be the same size, but it is so small. I think the charm would pair well with a bracelet or anklet, but not a necklace

I am still waiting for my order to ship. I ordered the item over a week ago which was promised to deliver within a few days. I was unable to give the gift in time and had to reach out to customer service for an update. They have shared the item didn't pass quality control checks and are having to re-craft it. No update on receiving the order thus far.
