I ordered natural WAVY hair and they send me a wig with tight curls! When I emailed them they tried to gaslight me, give me styling tips and 100 dollars off my next wig?! Yeah right! LADIES STAY AWAY if you know what is good for you! Go and listen to some of the reviews on the clock app it will save you time and money smh! Really really disappointed. GT86396

I have ordered a wig from this company…
I have ordered a wig from this company since 12/8 and now we’re into a week later and my product hasn’t shipped!! I thought this company was legit just like some of the other reputable hair sites I’ve ordered from before. Big mistake! I have emailed them so may times, with no response whatsoever mind you I need the wig this Tuesday 2/17. I have never had such horrible experience like this with a company before. I will file a complaint with my bank and file a complaint with the BBB.

Great quality
Every wig I’ve got from there is up to high quality standards. I bought a 30 inch black wig in may 2025 and the hair is still soft and silky. All wigs I’ve ordered have great security in the way it sits on your head because of all the adjustable band and grips. I will say the shipping is confusing. But overall great company.
