I wrote a review on this company about them not honoring their return policy and not even offering a replacement for a nother wig. I never wore the wig and I sent pictures but they kept giving me excuses on why they wouldn't give me my money back. I'm writing this second review now because I saw their response to my complaint and they are lying they have my order number several pictures they have everything that was required according to their return policy they have never tried to make this right in any type of way!! I have emailed these people over 4 times and called they refused to give me my refund this wig was over $260 DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY THE WIGS ARE CHEAP LOOKING AND MOST OF ALL IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT YOU ARE TAKING A CHANCE IN GETTING YOUR MONEY BACK GOOD LUCK!!!

I had had many disappointments with wigs that were not what was advertised. I even wrote to GEETA Hair, letting them know what I’d do if it wasn’t the wig in the picture. RUDE!
They were very understanding and told me their goal is customer satisfaction... mmm 👄
I said, “Well, you’re across the ocean — how are you going to satisfy me?”
And they were shaking their heads, I imagine. Then I realized it was a wig they spoke of, not a relaxing massage. My bad!
When I received the wig, I had an eyegasmic experience. It was beautiful — no shedding, strong, and did I say beautiful? It’s been wonderful dealing with them, and I’m here to stay. Finally, I found my Internet wig shop! Go ahead and get that hair from GEETA Hair.

I have ordered a wig from this company…
I have ordered a wig from this company since 12/8 and now we’re into a week later and my product hasn’t shipped!! I thought this company was legit just like some of the other reputable hair sites I’ve ordered from before. Big mistake! I have emailed them so may times, with no response whatsoever mind you I need the wig this Tuesday 2/17. I have never had such horrible experience like this with a company before. I will file a complaint with my bank and file a complaint with the BBB.
