This place is a disaster

This place is a disaster. I called and asked to speak to a tech to explain my issue. that wasnt allowed so my details were taken down, skimmed, shortened, understated and then the ob was booked off that. What i allowed a whole day for htem to do they allowed an hour or so. What should have been a few simple tasks turned into a complete disaster leading me to lose my entire onedrive back up and all of my clients files. It will cost me tens of thousands of dollars in client relationships in the coming weeks and months. This has hurt my business in such a way that it may never recover. Along the way the english accent receptionist has been condescending, ignorant and misleading. This was my first attempt at getting tech support instead of doing it myself and it has backfired enormously. Just dont use them.

IT expert knowledgeable and efficient

We had been trying various troubleshooting methods to get our printer going again but when Jason arrived and I explained the issue, he immediately grasped the problem and how to fix it. He looked at the desktop computer and laptops and made sure they could connect to the printer and more importantly, they could print. He was very efficient.

Excellent service

Excellent service. Booked Monday, problem with my internet fixed by Durga the next day. Prompt friendly service, fixed my issue and gave me advice on what to do if I have problems again. Charged less than I expected for a job well done.

Late at night my PC froze !!

I had a major late-night IT problem, Geeks2U have an easy afterhours process to book a technician (Azim), who arrived on time the next day (a weekend) and fixed my problem fast. I have been using Geeks2U for many years, always great service

Fantastic Tech Support!

Melvin came out to my place the same day I called up and fixed all the problems I had with my new computer, old computer and 2 phones.
Nothing was was too big a problem and he explained everything to me as he fixed them one by one.
