Awesome Service!

Gene was amazing! Polite, friendly, helpful and just an all round good guy. Understood our issue and *hopefully* has fixed it for good. He chatted to our sons and had a joke here and there. Our first experience with G2U was outstanding because of Gene. Thanks so much, Gene!

Good value, timely and effective service

Found Gary from Geeks2U really good and exactly the help I needed. He had a very clear, methodical approach to working through my problems with some complicated ethernet connections which identified most of my issues.

He also put me on the right track to sorting out my wiring with my security camera system despite not being his area of expertise. I managed to resolve this issue myself with the help in about 10 minutes after he left. The cameras are all now fully functional and recording which is great.

Found the service very responsive (next day call out), polite/friendly and good value for money.

Great service

Missing computer

they came to my house for a hard drive issue, after 5 minutes the guy said he would have to take it away and would get back to me, 21 days later i have not heard a word and they do not answer their customer service email. Lousy service may have to report theft to the police

Once again, Richard's service was superb. It is difficult to put into words my admiration both for his
knowledge and his dogged determination to solve problems both to help a client and for the satisfaction of having resolved an issue. His manner is warm and courteous displaying the highest motivation to address all of his client's needs and expectations. I envisage booking future consultations with Richard to address a number of additional computing matters requiring his attention.

Good Experience with Geeks2U

A member of their team was very helpful, informative and quick to commit to the work and help me figure out the possible problems with my pc, he helped me understand the processes that may be impacting the performance and also cleared out all the dust thoroughly to the best of his ability. He answered all of my questions as well which helped me figure out what was best for my pc further on, much appreciation to him.

If you want to wait all day

If you want to wait all day and be told a lot of wrong information during the day which then leads to a call saying that they won't be coming pick another time , then Geeks 2 u will live up to their name . Don't use them , the admin cannot organise and do not give proper and reliable information. We lost a full day of our life for these Geeks with no apology or remedy other than to cancel the booking.
