Geekbuying first buy bad experience (order: 6098629)
Geekbuying (order nr: 6098629 Wanbo TT) done by CZDHL EU delivery method), first order placed and I am already sorry. The company does not inform any detail for the return process nor demonstrates to be responsive to the contacts made through customer support. After sending an email to the company requesting an address for return, they promised to respond in 48 hours but this did not happen. I’m in Portugal and the parcel delivery was send through a European warehouse. I hope the intention is not that the return deadline is exceeded. I hope Geekbuying does not adopt misconduct, which forces me to harder resolutions.
However, despite some setbacks, they ended up solving the problem, having been responsive to my questions. Therefore, I change my rating to 3 stars.
