I'd been looking at a Geckota watch for a while, and on a black Friday I finally took the plunge. And Geckota did not disappoint. I love the design, even more so now that I've seen it in person. The purple dial is absolutely stunning, and the case is simple yet elegant. It not only looks good, but wears extremely well and comfortably on the wrist. The only shipping option was a tad expensive, but delivery took place two days after I ordered, at one of the busiest time of the year, so I can't complain. And I really liked that the box is a travel case large enough for two watches. This was my first Geckota, but I can confidently say it won't be my last.

Geckota not only produce fantastic watches at prices that make heirloom pieces affordable, their shipping and delivery is top notch. I started as a curious browser, drawn by word of mouth, and now own five of their models. Some of their watches aren’t really my bag, but therein lies the rub! There’s something for every taste in their range! Their relatively small production runs make each piece a collectible and you don’t come across their watches on secondary markets very often at all, testament to their desirable qualities in both production and aesthetic. Geckota use tried and trusted reliable and bulletproof movements, and touches like coated sapphire glass and genuine leather straps (where included) are another indicator of Geckota’s commitment to quality and longevity. I highly recommend and will almost certainly be buying from them again. Highlights so far have to be their home grown Tourbillon, The Pioneer Midnight Sky, and most recently, the very new Ocean Scout “whiteout” series. In particular the “Frost” with a wintry subtle and textured mostly-white with a hint of blue dial, and an all stainless steel classic diver case and bezel. Beautiful!

Beautiful watch with a great strap. The power reserve has been outstanding - certainly as good or better than described.

The item received was not as advertised, I reached out to support multiple times for a resolution and never received a reply.

Super-fast delivery, despite half-way round the world but better yet, both the Purple and Panda dial Chronos are spectacular !
Superb finishing for the price point, great case and the bonus black straps not only were a welcome surprise but give both watches a different appeal !

The watch arrived with misaligned hands and one of the pushers would stick and stay pressed when engaged. Contacted customer service and was told the only option would be 1) a 90-day duration repair, or 2) returning via customer paid-for post with a full refund. What if I wanted a Geckota watch? No options were offered for that...

Watch has great finish. Included an extra watch strap. No tool for swapping them out was included tho. Shipping was fast only a couple days.

I've now bought 6[!] Geckota watches, and EVERY time it's been a first class buying experience, with lightning-fast delivery and an attention to detail that I've rarely encountered anywhere else. I would give six stars if I could; it's that good.

For example: every quartz Geckota watch has arrived the day after ordering, with the battery freshly activated, and a confirmation sticker showing the date of activation - usually the same day it was ordered. And of course, it's been set to the correct time too. You really can go from unboxing to wearing a Geckota watch immediately!

Brilliantly, this attention to detail even extends to the watches themselves. For example, every Aurora Chronotimer I've bought has had the sub-dial hands perfectly aligned to the sub-dial markers. This extends to the silkscreening, the finishing of the varying case surfaces... everything. The watches just ooze quality.

I've not even mentioned other awesome additions, like the inclusion of alternative straps, polishing cloths, and the totally usable double-watch travel cases.

The Geckota team have sweated over the user experience of Geckota watch ownership, and it shows. It really shows.

Ultimately, a Geckota watch is a joy to buy, a joy to own and a joy to wear. I'm so pleased to have discovered them.
