I love my new watch and I can’t wait to wear it. It’s really beautiful with a gorgeous clear face. It’s pretty enormous on me, but I’ve already received an email from the company with instructions how to shorten it, plus Richard offered further help if I couldn’t manage but I’m sure that won’t be a problem. The watch is so beautifully made and I’m blown away by the craftsmanship and the details. The wood is a gorgeous colour too and the size of the face is exactly how I hoped it would be. Can’t compliment it enough! So far I’ve only shown it to a few people in its box but I think it will get plenty of compliments when I wear it out. It was a birthday present and I would highly recommend this to anyone - they do men’s watches too!

Excellent Service & Beautiful Quality – Just Not Quite the Right Fit

I ordered a watch from The Sustainable Watch Company for my husband’s birthday. The delivery was fast, the packaging was secure and eco-conscious, and the watch itself was beautifully made – a striking combination of sustainable wood and metal that really stood out.

Although the watch wasn’t quite to my husband’s taste, I was impressed with how easy and friendly the returns process was. I reached out to the company and was quickly offered the option of exchanging it for a different watch for myself using the same discount and refunding any difference. Unfortunately, as I loved the wood-and-metal style and they don’t currently offer a similar design for women, I declined.

That said, they mentioned they are working on a women’s design in that style – which I’d absolutely love – so I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for future releases!

While I only returned the watch today and haven’t had the refund yet, the communication has been so prompt and professional that I feel confident it won’t take long. I’ve been really impressed by both the product and the service, and I’ll happily continue to recommend this company.

I bought a watch from this company in March 2023 and was delighted with it and the company. However after just over a year I began to have problems with it losing time and so being unreliable. After my first contact with them i was advised to get the battery replaced by a local jeweller which I did. A short time later I had more problems of the same nature and they were getting worse. After contacting the company again I got replies disowning the product and insinuating that I may have damaged it in some way (totally untrue) "Sustainable" it is NOT. I was offered 40% off a new purchase, but who in their right mind would throw good money after bad for something to maybe last Less than TWO years

The product is excellent and the customer service is even better. I would highly recommend dealing with this company. At every turn, I was given prompt and helpful responses. Cannot rate highly enough.

Well-made and gorgeous looking watch. I got it as a gift because of its sustainable promise. My husband totally loved it and he has been wearing it ever since. Definitely recommend if you are in the market for unique and sustainably made watches.
