I recently phoned GB bank with a complaint and was greeted by a man called Rob. I complained to him about an issue. Rob was most helpful and was able to speak to him a second time following a further letter from the bank. This communication between me and him allowed for a speedy conclusion to be reched by the bank. I am delighed therefore with the service given to me by GB bank and especially Rob.

Rob was extremely helpful and patient in helping me set up my account. He spent 46 minutes on the phone going through each step online with me; even with me asking him basic questions I had just to make sure I had understood all the information correctly. Did not feel rushed or pressurised. The online set-up was actually simple but I just felt I needed "someone holding my hand" whilst setting up online and so glad that it was Rob on the other end of the phone! Thank you Rob

Had to contact the bank by phone as I had just opened up a new (2nd) account with them but needed some help to make my deposit. The lady Chantel was extremely friendly and helpful, she guided me through the process and gave me other information that I needed. She was very patient. As I said this is my 2nd account with GB bank and I am very pleased with their service and rates.

On day you accept account you have to close sane account. No message, no clarify. I needed money for a house purchase and failed. Going legal with GB Bank. Do not trust or use them. No customer info, no info on banking regulator.

A run around to give this company my money!
Memorable place was not accepted, then my password. Closed out and had to call them, 40 mins on the phone, they couldn't find my details, I had opened the account, but they had put my husbands name he was a 2nd. Yesterday, transferred form my bank £1,000, today a large sum from my bank, I don't do Apps. When it didn't arrive to GB, I called. Oh your account has timed out, it's 21 days. In my reckoning 21days was today 11.9.25, my money went back to my bank. We can reopen your account for you, I don't want to go through all the hassle again. my £1,000, sent 10.9.25, is not returnable.

What a fantastic Bank. Swags was amazing, I made a resent transfer but for some reason it did not through.
Rang and spoke to Swags and she could not have been more helpful. After taking all the security checks and then finding out why the transaction did not go through, I was told to check my nominated account, and there it was, great, we were then able go ahead with our house purchase, well done, keep up the good work.

I've recently opened a GB Bank account and I was having a problem logging in.
My call to customer service was answered promptly and I was guided through the process by a lovely patient chap, he couldn't have been nicer.
As it's a new bank I was a bit apprehensive but the good customer service has made me feel very positive about my decision.
I would have given 5 stars but since I had the hiccup getting logged on in the first place I thought 4 was fairer.

Already having problems and not even opened an account yet. Filled in all the details, clicked on the link to upload documents required, for a message to pop up saying d.o.b is incorrect. Tried again and says I've reached the maximum times. So now having to post them.
