Quick delivery

Delivery is much quicker than before when I’ve ordered, prices are very competitive with low spend minimum free delivery

Free delivery without spending £100s & good communications

Maybe not the cheapest, but certainly not the most expensive, and the free delivery more than makes up for being a few pence more, and you don't have to meet a big basket value to get free delivery.
One item on my order was out of stock, but they didn't hold up the delivery, responded quickly to queries, and it was sent separately a bit later.
