Quick delivery to Japan with excellent tracking information
Shipped after 2days of order and arrived Japan 4 days from shipping.
Packed very well safely and transferred by UPS with real time tracking information.

Not impressed
Took 11 days to receive this small parcel. Granted this was over Xmas/New year, but I did look at the website before ordering, which suggested they were only closed for two extra days…otherwise I wouldn’t have ordered. They even sent the Trustpilot request 3 days before they had even posted the package. If you’re going to advertise an online sale over the Xmas period, you either need to ensure that people know there will be a delay, or ensure that orders are dealt with in an effective manner. I’ll get in the car and drive 30miles to my nearest model shop next time.

GOOD SERVICE despite delay
Ordered online and paid for ups to deliver on Sat 28th December parcel was delayed and arrived on Monday 30th, guess it was delayed because of twixmas,I have not installed the auto reverser yet so cant comment.

Ordered an Infinity digital controller on Boxing Day (Thursday) and it was delivered on the Saturday morning. Whilst to me it wasn't urgent this service at this time of the year is excellent customer service and much appreciated. Thank you Gaugemaster.
