I used Gatwick Expert Airport Transfers for the first time yesterday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

I needed a dependable taxi for a late evening pickup from Gatwick, so I spent some time browsing different companies and reading through Google reviews. This company stood out thanks to the consistently positive feedback, so I went ahead and booked a cab via their website a couple of days in advance.

After making the booking, my flight timing changed due to operational reasons, meaning I had to adjust my pickup details. I emailed them, and they handled the change quickly and efficiently, which was a huge relief.

Their pricing was also very competitive. I compared quite a few options, and for a journey of around 2 hours and 30 minutes, they offered the best rate by far.

A big shoutout to Ali, my driver. I had scheduled the pickup for 21:10, as my flight was due to land at 19:45, giving me time for immigration and baggage. However, everything moved faster than expected and I was ready by 20:18. Before I even reached out, Ali had already sent me a welcome message. When I asked if he could come earlier, he arrived within 5 minutes, which was fantastic.

Ali was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the journey very enjoyable. The vehicle itself was spotless, roomy, and comfortable—perfect for a long drive.

We’ve been using Ali for our airport trips for a long time. For myself and family visits too. Always on time, with great communication on WhatsApp and a friendly, competitive service, and good driving (unlike other similar companies I’ve dealt with).

We have been using this taxi company for many years and continue to book them for all our airport journeys. Ali and his team of drivers are always punctual, reliable, super friendly, and communication is excellent from start to finish. As a family, we really appreciate that they provide car seats for our kids as well.

Wasn't there when we landed. Didn't track flight to see when we'd landed on time. Was clearly off elsewhere doing another job. Left us standing in the cold at 11.30pm.

No apology for being late. Multiple calls unanswered, head office hanging up on me.

I'll try one of the 20+ other options next time.

Great experience with Ali, he tracked my flight so I didn’t need to worry abo it delays and he texted me to let me know where my baggage would arrive. Cheerful, polite and funny on the drive back, cracked some good ‘dad jokes’. It’s a very friendly, family-run service - I spoke to Ali and then later his wife when I went to make an amend to the booking. Able to accommodate a last-minute 2.30am pick up too, which is ideal. I was worried my flight might be delayed and I’d need to cancel my booking, but they assured me they’d issue a refund if this was the case. Great service!

This company does NOT respond to emails or messages. It it almost impossible to amend or cancel your booking. Will not use again!

After a terrible experience with a dodgy company (the taxi company with a kiosk in Gatwick aiport), we pre-booked a journey for 1.30am from Gatwick to Brighton with these guys. Picked us up exactly where the email said he would, taxi driver was assigned an in touch with us the day of our flight. All good.
