Firstly I enquired about replacing my old remote which was over 20 years old. Lauren was able to identify it from my photographs and advised me that these are no longer available. I was told that the solution was to order one of Gate Remotes receiver kits with however many matching remotes I required. After I submitted additional photographs of the gate control box Lauren very helpfully advised me where to connect the cables from the receiver unit including the power supply direct from the terminals within the control box. After ordering the new receiver unit and two remotes they arrived within 48 hours. I was easily able to successfully install the receiver which enabled both my old remotes and the new ones to operate the gates.

This is the 2nd purchase we have made.

Purchased some gate fobs on the 9th May and they sent the wrong ones. Cost me postage and packaging to return dispote it not been my fault and I'm still waiting for a £89.00 plus postage snd packahing refund.

I had no remote for a garage door in a house we had bought.
The team asked for two pictures of the unit and sent a recommendation for a new remote. Normally with this model, you need one remote. However the team knew a work round and the new remote included the instructions to set it up.

Don't bother buying rubbish from Other retailers, use Gate remotes. It just works.
