I’m currently moving house, so as you can imagine, life is pretty stressful. On top of that, I needed a bed and mattress delivered on a specific day, which made everything feel even more complicated.

Tamara was absolutely brilliant. She listened carefully to what I needed, immediately understood where the stress points were, and used her knowledge and experience to make it happen. She was patient, kind, practical, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right solution. She even applied a discount, which was such a lovely bonus.

I’m incredibly grateful for her help and support. Feather & Black should treasure Tamara. Sshe is a fantastic brand ambassador and a real asset to the company.

Very satisfied with the Oliver bed king size in Mauve. The colour is perfect, and makes the room feel lively and cozy, the structure is solid and sturdy. I assembled it by myself and it was fairly straightforward! Delivery was smooth, directly to my room of choice. Brilliant service.

The quality of the furniture was excellent. Packaged beautifully and well protected during delivery. Our order arrived, as expected, and brought into our house by two very professional delivery guys.

Ordered a fabulous Oliver bed, having already got one from a few years ago. It is elegant, fun and easy to assemble. Ordering and delivery also went exceptionally smoothly. Excellent experience.

It’s a shame the delivery people didn’t do what it says in this email ,
Door step only delivery they said and left it inside back door , we had to get next door neighbour to help get it upstairs as I’m disabled,
not very good delivery service at all .And spoke to a lad in customer services after a 20min wait ,just to be basically told I’m a liar and couldn’t do anything to help, total waste of time him been on customer services he was the most unhelpful customer services agent I have ever dealt with

Joshua knew the product range. He was very helpful and informative. Bedding has now arrived and is great.
