From the time of my first enquiry I was looked after by Chris who kept in touch with me regarding the order and installation date. The installation went very well, garden re-instated and left tidy, and Chris contacted me afterwards to check that this was the case.

Gas Smart were very helpful
Gas Smart were very helpful, and it was really nice to have a point of contact throughout. Gas engineers were friendly and efficient, and tidied up after themselves. We misread the diagram showing where the gas meter was installed, and unfortunately there was not much flexibility over moving it to where we needed it when we realised on the day. This was our mistake mis-reading the placement of the meter, but it would have been nice to have a little more flexibility over changing this when we realised our mistake.
Overall Gas Smart were really helpful, efficient, and I would definitely recommend them.

Unfortunately, we are obligated to follow certain regulations and so that can sometimes restrict possible meter positions but we always try and facilitate your requirements where possible. Excellent service from start to finish
Excellent service from start to finish. After many months of trying to deal with Cadent who argued that my connection was a non standard connection due to having a joint access driveway. This according to Cadent meant that the driveway was a public land and would cost over £6000 to complete the job. Chris Fellone the company director of Gas Smart stepped in and argued the fact that the driveway was private land and not public making it a standard connection saving me the best part of £5000!
Thank you Chris, keep fighting for the small man!

Gas Installation
Contacted Gas Smart for a quote which was promptly sent. Any questions I had were answered quickly and each step of the installation explained. The installation team arrived as per stated dates and all works completed on schedule to a good standard. What more can you ask for?
