Good communication, stressw free, professional
Good communication - as soon as the job was paid for I was contacted by a person dedicated to arranging my particular job.
I was kept informed of all of the happening along the way and given plenty of time before the work commenced to arrange time off and to be at site location.
Highly recommended, everything happened as I was told it was and in a very easy and relaxed manner, stree free and professional.

A tricky job, expertly handled
We were very grateful to Chris and his team for getting us out from under a really tricky situation. A retaining wall was falling down, and taking the three gas meters and the mains supply with it. Chris negotiated tirelessly with Cadent to get us the outcome we needed, saving us many thousands of pounds. After a few quotes from other…NEW GAS CONNECTION
After a few quotes from other companies, i decided to go with Gas Smart connections due to Chris knowing what he was talking about.
After accepting the quote the gas installation was completed in 3 weeks.
The 3 man installation team arrived and installed the gas pipe and put everything back as it was before starting the job, I was impressed!.
I would recommend Chris from gas connections and would use again in the near future.
Kept up the good work Chris!

I can't fault Gas Smart Connections
I can't fault Gas Smart Connections. Knowing there's one person organising everything who you can contact and it all gets sorted is truly wonderful. Although they were the most expensive of all the quotes I got, I believe it was money well spent. The swift turn around from quotation to job done was only 3 weeks! When I've used other firms in the past it's been 8-10 weeks waiting. The gentlemen that put the gas into the property were polite and helpful. The hole was filled in the next day. Perfect.

Very helpful
I first contacted Gas Smart a year ago to discuss a mains connection to a house I was in the process of purchasing. They have been helpful and patient at every stage of the process, adapting to the rather slow timetable that I was having to adhere to thanks to planning constraints holding back site clearance work which was necessary to give access to the property. The work to make the connection went very smoothly.

I have had a great experience with Gas Smart Connection. Very professional, excellent work and they did the project exactly as they said they would. We did the same gas connection 4 years ago with British Gas and from now on will only use Gas Smart for gas connections, If you ever get a gas connection please give them the chance to quote, you will not be disappointed very good company.
