Much better service

Regarding the help I got from Gardio to get my internet working again, I'm quite satisfied. There were some misunderstandings during the time that I explained my problem with internet, but then I got the help I needed. Much better service than before. Thanks for that Oskar P.

Into something good

It started as a complaint for delayed reply and feeling och lack of information but ended with a positive costumer experience. Oscar Pettersson was helpful, patient, informative and open to feedback even when my good mood was faulting me (sorry about that!). Regarding the products I am in all fairness extremely satisfied with the internet connection that is generally very fast and stable. The only times I had troubles I didn’t make it in time to call or just needed to disconnect the modem and reconnect before the connection being reinstated. When it comes to the alarm system I never got it to function properly and I thought the connection with the cameras was not as stable as I wished it to be. This might be due to lack of time or competency on my part. I have a couple suggestions in this regard: 1- when noticing the customer has had their system off for a longer period the company should be flagged somehow and come into contact with the customer to offer help and advice or receive feedback about their product in order to improve. 2- The app or interface with the alarm needs to be sexier and smoother. The customer doesn’t see or is not aware of the job there is behind there screens. What we see is what we judge. 3- it would be nice for the company to offer installation and spread the cost of the installation on coming payments. Getting the payment diluted in time would most likely increase the sales. 4- invest in good quality service. If you have a phone on the website for assistance you need to be ready to support your customers by phone. Otherwise remove it and have only an email. If doing this make sure you are able to prioritize disconnections above all (within a couple of hours) and after that all other less urgent matters within maximum 24h. And make this maximum 24 hours your creed. Even if you can’t solve the issue right away having an email from an actual person will be enough to deescalate even the most aggravated customers.
I hope this helps you keep improving your services.

Good customer service

Earlier, like two years ago, it was impossible to reach Gardio customer service. Now they answered quickly and was very helpful. The internet service I have from them has worked very well for the 2 years I’ve used it.

I was quite unhappy with Gardio for…

I was quite unhappy with Gardio for many months, as I was having problems with the modem and could not get anybody to return my mails/calls, nor take any action at all. I finally stumbled upon Hamodi who took charge and got a technician to come out immediately. He was incredibly helpful and communicated very well and I now look forward to finally being able to use my product!

Gardio should be burnt to the ground…

Gardio should be burnt to the ground and its ashes put in a rocket to outer space. Its camera hardware is a rip off and old tech, Its services is a joke and support non-existent. To who ever works for this company or is affiliated with it should be embarrassed and run far from it.

Worst customer experience ever

After the 2 years service agreement the price went from 299 to 794 SEK/month. We then decided to cancel and call to stop the service. After calling everyday many times for a week someone picked up the phone. During the call they agreed and confirmed that the service should end in a month time.

Then they stop the service 5 days after the call even though we have paid until the end of the month. Then I try sending mails and calling but get no answers, after a week calling everyday I managed to get someone on the phone. During the call they say nothing is wrong from their side and that I should not get more invoices. I call openinfra that owns the line to check if something is wrong with the line, and they confirm that Gardio has stop the service (they showme a picture of the record proving so). I try to call back to gardio but no answer, I send emails but no answer. Then after 2 weeks the month is over and they have charged me for another full month without providing any service and even though they promised that no more invoices would come. This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced in my life! And the worst is that this is still not solved, it is taking a lot of energy from my side to handle this... so I warn you, if you hear Gardio run away!
