I want to thank Zeki for being very helpful and quick in answering my service request today. In a matter of minutes I had my questions answered, and who doesn't appreciate companies who still has a real person at the other end of the line in this day and age? I have no experience of Gardio's products, but their customer service rocks! Thank you Zeki!

Very quick and professional help provided by the support team (Ilshat). My old alarm stopped working after 10 years, after contacting support my new alarm (Gardio v2) was deliver a few days later. Install and setup took less than one hour, works perfect so far, hoping for 10 more years without problems.

Responding our somewhat nonstandard request with positive tone and no hesitation to troubleshoot to find a solution. Ilshat showed great system knowledge and aquired assistance from collegues while triubleshooting. Good teamwork action.. Called back to confirm solution until it became a sucess.

I would give Ilshat 5 stars for his great customer service, but I am taking one off because although he is great, there are areas where Gardio overall need to improve, like for example not being able to phone customers who are outside Sweden, or for a while, the main customer service number being inaccessible outside Sweden (now fixed thank goodness).
I found Ilshat very friendly and service oriented. He was able to solve problems himself - which is a relief after customer service experiences with other organisations where the call centre agent has not got the authority to solve a problem and is also not allowed to put you through to a more senior person who has the authority - so frustratingly issues do not get fixed (yes - I am talking about you Orange Belgium!)

The support has always been excellent when I have used it. The only negative I have experienced with Gardio is when installing the new type of cameras.
I had to spend quite some time to make them to accept the two QR-codes and that was very frustrating.
