I haven’t placed an order yet

I haven’t placed an order yet, but my experience with Gardenswow so far has been really positive. Their website is easy to navigate, and their product range looks beautiful and well-curated. I reached out to their customer service with a few questions, and they were prompt, friendly, and genuinely helpful. If the service is this good before ordering, I can only imagine how great the full experience will be. Looking forward to shopping with them soon

Keep well away

Membership

I wasn’t looking to take a membership out and found that I could be charged so I contacted customer services through the chat line and Marc was very helpful in assisting me

They are robbing scammers

They are a scammers i got directions from a UPS link to their site, inadvertently I was genuinely tracking a parcel with ups. Paid a charge to redirect my parcel and they took more that I paid. Suddenly I'm subscribed to an account that can't be closed for 15 days!!.
I wanted a REFUND but got an email asking for a good review here without saying REFUND to get my REFUND.
Do not reply or click on the email links as they're just after your money.
Where's my REFUND....OH did I say REFUND

Scams

Scams. And now emailing me saying they will refund the money they stole if i Leave a 4/5 star review.
Contact your bank immediately if you think you have been scammed.

UPDATE:-now constantly harassing me to change my review.
