After they scammed me, they are now sending me emails to withdraw my review and asking me to change my review and write a good one. I would never do this so as not to scam anyone.

What I didint is like is that u taking money without my permission and before I purchased R275 I'm not sure it was for nike dunk price was R37 I thought I will get it nothing I got and now u took my R165 or it's R145 I didint like about your company so that's why I need my refund

Recently, on June 10 I came to know that that usd 31.95 deducted from account without prior intimation. I didn't subscribe for any membership but amount has been deducted. When I approached them, they informed that email was sent but I didn't receive any email. I asked for reference but not provided. I asked for refund but they told my as policy, amount cannot be refunded. I need my money back.

It may be a good experience for many. You may subscribe because you want to get the site's discounts, but everyone should know everything in order to know all the benefits and conditions on the site. They have very nice technical support and respond quickly. I appreciate your efforts. Thank you KAI.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Thought I was buying a garden storage box but as soon as I clicked buy I was taken to a page which told me I was a member of this site and had signed up to a fortnightly subscription charge, which was a high amount. I don't think that I am naive or gullible but the site looked legit with good reviews. I had already paid for my order but when I tried to cancel my subscription I was told it would take 14 days to cancel and also that as my order hadn't been processed I wouldn't pay for it. Well I did despite asking more than once for confirmation that I would incur no charges. I won't get the original payment back.I would advise people not to buy from them. On a positive note, the agent I last messaged with made it very clear I was getting nothing back but did wish me a happy day!

'Gardenswow' are simply scammers. An advert selling golfclubs took my money and linked to another site 'forbikeride' and took the same amount and tried again to get a larger amount but I then declined it.
DO NOT PAY THEM for anything you will lose your money.

It was a total scam!!! I usually don´t write reviews like this, but to help other not to fall for this, I´m doing it this time, with full details.

I admit I was naive and tapped on an Instagram ad that was selling Coca-Cola and other softdrinks (I do want to highlight it looked absolutely legit, even with links to the official Coca-Cola site!). They offered, with a purchase of over a certain amount, to include a nice branded cooler. Well, to my surprise, when my credit card confirmed the charge it was NOT for the amount shown to me in the website and the charge was by Gardenswow, a website I had never even heard of. I then searched this website, accessed it used the chat to as for a refund immediately after the charge. They claimed the card had not been charged, and demanded proof of charge. I provided the proof of charge but they claimed it would be automatically reversed. It was not reversed so I contacted them again asking for reversal, and they finally denied the reversal because they said "it was against their policy".

A few days later, an "Escalation Supervisor" contacted me via email, telling me that they will reverse the charge if I leave a positive review here in Trustpilot. They would refund against proof of comment. I decided to forfeit my money and warn others instead. Be careful!!
