First order completely messed up tree delivered smashed up.. sent replacement… didn’t arrive then sent another replacement still not arrived, but received someone’s order of a load of swimwear.. terrible god knows how long order still not completed. Will never use again terrible.

ordered over 2 weeks ago. I then had message from DHL to say items would arrive on 10th August. Then another message to say 11th August. it is now the 13th August and nothing has arrived.
