I ordered a pair of shorts and a top online and had it sent to your store at market mall to pick up. Luckily, I looked in the bag and the shorts were not there after looking at my phone to verify that I had ordered them. there were still a lot of discussion about the pair of shorts that were missing. Finally, I said have you got a pair of shorts here and she said I do and so she gave them to me, but I had to pay for them and you your company is to refund me for the second pair of shorts. It’s just frustrating. I should have gone into the store myself and bought them instead of ordering them online. I bought items at garage before and had no problems.

Not alot of sizes available in store, the entire store was all the same style just color coded around. Prices were outrageously high.
Forgot one of my items, can’t get in contact!
It’s is impossible to get in contact with a real person, my package was missing one of my items, even though it said received on all. I like the 2/3 clothes I have received.
The cashier at the Frisco
The cashier at the Frisco, TX location was very very rude. She was training a new girl, and right in front of us, she proceeded to say “don’t ever give them the clothes until their payment says approved. You don’t want them to run off with it.” Excuse me? Who even says that in front of paying customers. It was rude, tasteless and tacky. We were visiting from out of town because El Paso doesn’t have one. I’m not sure if she said it because the associates were white and were Mexican, or what the reasoning one. Either way we won’t be shopping with this company anymore.
Both items came damaged
Both items came damaged despite spending almost $90 on a set. The bra has a black/blueish stain while the shorts have several ripped seams. Truly disappointing for the amount of money being spent.

This was my first time ordering from Garage, and unfortunately it will likely be my last.
I paid $35 for shipping and my order arrived with one item missing and another item in the wrong color. Customer service refunded the missing item, but because their system doesn’t allow replacements, I was told I would have to place a brand-new order and pay shipping again if I wanted the correct shirt.
While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company’s policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn’t mine. A refund for the missing item doesn’t resolve the fact that I still don’t have what I originally ordered, and I don’t think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error.
I appreciate the representative’s professionalism, but Garage’s resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That’s disappointing for a company of this size.
I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren’t left in the same situation.

Too expensive, those soft bbl pants need to have more availability in the short size bc the average height is around 5’4 and those are wayyyy too long, and we need more colors. The teal and purple colors went way too fast.
