Regarding scams and nuisance calls, we are Ofcom registered, fully compliant with regulations and we take the misuse of our numbers very seriously. Gamma is a business-to-business (B2B) wholesaler for number ranges to thousands of businesses across Europe. Therefore, it can appear that Gamma is making calls to the general public or able to control who uses them - this is not the case. Our numbers are being, at times, misused by other businesses, or non-Gamma numbers are ‘spoofed’ to make it appear as though Gamma is calling when this is not the case.
With that being said, we want to help clamp down on nuisance calls in any way we can. Therefore, we would be happy to investigate any reports to check the current owner of the numbers and can act where applicable if they are ours. Instead of leaving reviews, we would kindly ask that you provide the details of the numbers that have called you, including timestamps with our Misuse team. It helps to provide the number that received the call so we would ask that you complete the form via the link at the bottom. Our Misuse and Fraud teams can then investigate the situation.

I can't tell you how many companies I will do my best to avoid working with if I'm locked in a loop with ai support agents. I understand policies on speaking to someone live isn't as easy as you'd think so when you have a company that encourages their human support teams (even if its email) to follow policy but also be human and use logic/some common sense, it gives me hope. Kael was responsive, understood the situation, and helped get me onto the right plan with a fair resolution. Thank you Gamma for encouraging your teams to use common sense. No basic manners at all.
Called my work line and asked to speak to the director. When told he was unavailable, the caller said he would send an email and just hung up? Is that rudeness really how you want to represent your company? On that basis alone I won’t be doing business with these people at all.

Unauthorized porting
I am writing this review to express my deep concern and frustration regarding a serious breach of customer care and service by Gamma telecom.
Since 14th July 2025, our business landline has been non-functional due to an unauthorized porting of our number by Gamma telecom . This action was taken without our knowledge or consent, and has left our business completely disconnected from clients and partners for nearly four weeks.
only after extensive investigation on our part did BT informed us that Gamma telecom had illegally ported our number.
This prolonged disruption has caused severe operational and reputational damage to our business.

Absolute shambles of a network
Absolute shambles of a network. I have to use them as part of a corporate package with my employer and it’s like returning to the Stone Age. Just spent another day unable to take or make any calls. Complete waste of space.

Been seberal of these in the last week.
Fortunately I use Truecaller to sheild myself.

Most of them have been the short 5-6 rings to grab attention.
This also means they never left a voice mail.

UPDATE - Our Misuse team have advised there is discrepancies with their call traffic for this number as they can see no calls were made after 15:13 on 13/02 so this is likely a spoofed non-Gamma number faked to appear as a this number.
They have asked if you can provide the details via https://gammagroup.co/support/nuisance-and-scam-calls/ so they can investigate further with the called number showing. If they can see that the calls on 12/02 were to your number then it will be one of our reseller's customers that have been calling you.

I Would Highly Recommend Gamma

Great customer service and support when you need it
Robbie Lesiak and Rebecca the porting manager were amazing when we had a critical issue when migrating our services and porting our numbers.

Gamma Telecom is well organised and resourced to support our telecoms business. Online platforms and processes are well designed to enable us to carry out day to day tasks. Like all big companies Gamma suffers from a lack of flexibility but there are plenty of other suppliers in the market where we can source products & fill any gaps.
