Every time I contact them I get nothing more than satisfaction. They are really helpful and quick to reply. I nearly missed a pre order due to a card expiring. I would have missed the pre order due for release tomorrow but the customer service team did a great job.

I bought a bit of stuff & when i went to pay for it i noticed i forgot my reward card. So i emailed customer servive later on that day & asked if they could still put my points onto my reward card. Next day i got a email to say my points where put onto my card. Excellent customer service.

I bought a bunch of stuff online and I wanted to cancel them because I wanted to buy more products instead of paying again for shipping so I cancelled immediately after I purchased it. The next morning at 8 AM I get a messaged saying they unable to cancel as follows:

They clearly lied about not being able to cancel the products and don’t reply until I said I will call my bank to refund the purchased products, they only then started cancelling a partial product but not all of them so I send another ticket and finally they do so refunding them (They still havent cancelled marvel tee shirts).
So instead of canceling and letting a valued customer buy more products, they chose to be lazy and disingenuous. I never got an apology for the lies they told to me and I honestly dont care but If they dont want people to buy at their stores then fine but dont start lying to people.
I love supporting the underdogs/our local communities but if this is the customer service I get, then no thanks!
I have work just as everyone else and I dont have time to deal with disingenuous lies.

How can you start the shipping process without acknowledging customer’s request to cancellation, I called it “disingenuous” and lies because I cancelled straight after I purchased it online and it should be the first priority of any company to read the request of their customers before marking it as “shipped”. If its a mistake then just apologies and reply to me and explain the situation instead of ignoring all of my messages, if you have time to cancel the products and read my new tickets for refunds but no time to explain the problem at hand. That is not very good customer service.

I purchased a Roblox Gift Card through GameStop. When I redeemed the card the credit did not appear on my sons account. I contacted Roblox customer care and despite sending them a number of emails over 3 days they were no help at all. I then contacted GameStop and a customer care rep called Tony replied within 30 minutes and resolved the problem. Very efficient and helpful.

He helped so much and was so knowledgable and didn’t talk down to kiddo the way people sometimes do with kids. He made him feel like an expert consumer and did his level best to get a good deal for him. Kid is currently recommending the shop to his pals. Really cracking experience considering how tough retail is at the moment -we really appreciate it .

after the courier delivered it, they set about replacing it without question.

Dropped in recently GameStop Castlebar pick up an OLED Switch, and the staff could not have been more helpful. Due to Nintendo's very backwards way of dealing with moving to a new console, I asked staff if it would be possible to do some transfers between my old and new consoles, and they very understanding and did all they could to help out. Very patient and friendly throughout the entire experience. Thanks to Siobhan and the other young man who's name I did not get.
Pro tip: if you do need to do this, ask when the store is quiet, the process can be a pain and staff have enough to deal with.

Terrible service. Support is very unhelpful and thier delivery partner ups is useless. Both me and my girlfirend made seperate orders. Both marked as delivered with no deliverty attempt made. Order a game over 2 weeks ago. When i call ups they cannot explain what has happened and keep promising delivery on another date that does not happen. Gamestop have said they will not refund until I return the game which I have not received and seem to have 0 regard for customers and the mess their delivery partner has created.
Do not order from this shop. Waste of time and money. Not to mention the hours trying speak to ups and email gamestop only to receive nothing answers.

Was lucky enough to get a PS5 in the online drop earlier in the week. Was concerned it wouldn't arrive in time for Christmas so I reached out to customer service. They were quick to respond in a very professional and helpful manner. Absolutely delighted that the console arrived this morning less than a week after ordering it. Thanks for working hard to have them shipped in time to make a little boy very happy for Christmas.
