If I could rate zero i would …

If I could rate zero i would absolutely terrible don't order packages with them online not only did they take the payment but also took it in separate transactions leaving the original whole payment pending from my bank account .im not only in arrears with my bank so my bills could not come out but I also couldn't order online to meet deadline for Xmas order i wanted as I've the 583 still pending in my account unable to spend. They will reply quick but just say this is a standard practice used world wide , first I heard never new when you buy things you pay in full and have the same amount n hold for a week as its 5 working days to return to accounts

Super quick response

I had to cancel an order and got a response within 5 minutes to say that was no problem and the refund would be in my account within 2-5 working days
Can't do better than that!

Queued online to buy ps5 and they had errors everywhere! Scammers, they did this just for traffic and SM hype. Went to checkout but couldn't process payment option.

The Best Customer Care..

I had recently purchased a product which wasn’t how I had expected it to be and contacted customer care to ask about what options I had on returning the product. I had received an email within minutes giving me multiple options on what can be done.. I had received phone calls, updates and within days I had a new device delivered to my door. I would highly recommend games stop it was beyond anything I had expected and one of the best customer care teams that I have experienced. Absolutely no limits on the help and so friendly and easy to chat to on the phone and through emails, I will absolutely be returning to the store known they care about their customers more then most other retail stores!

Ennis gamestop

I was in ennis the other day and was served by an absolutely incredible young man his name was Anthony and he is nothing short of an asset to the store. Anthony not only discretely helped me to get everything that my child wanted for Christmas but also Entertained him with stories about santa and how he uses gamestop like a pitstop to restock on the big night. Anthony was also managing the store like a pro keeping the busy crowds calm and under control all while serving me and doing it all with a smile on his face and not under the easiest circumstances either.

If you find yourself at ennis gamestop ask for anto the lads a legend.

Great experience in kilkenny gamestop…

Gamestop ClareHall

I would like to thank the staff in GameStop Clarehall,Edward in particular for helping me throughout the whole process of buying a preowned console. At first when he pitched the idea to me I was extremely wary and always have been due to bad past experiences with buying second hand goods but Edward talked me thoroughly through the whole process of what they do in the Clarehall store about testing,cleaning and giving the consoles a good going over in general and this alleviated my fears completely along with his knowledge about the warranty procedure incase anything did or does go wrong. Also a massive help in helping pick out some of the best ps4 games suited to my taste. Writing this post a week later and the Ps4 Pro is as good as new and I have had no problems whatsoever and I am really enjoying the games so far. Big shoutout to Gamestop Clarehall it was really one of the best entertainment retail stores I have been to and the staff were a delight to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be using this store going forward for all my gaming needs!

Gamestop William St. Limerick

I always have a pleasant experience in this shop with my daughter. The staff and manager are always friendly and polite. Paul in particular always makes time for me when I come in and was very helpful this week in picking out switch games for my daughter for Christmas. Service in this shop is always top notch.

Brought ps4 in to wexford game stop to…

Brought ps4 in to wexford game stop to be fixed, took a month to get back and its worse than wat it was, the ps4 wouldn't read disc so they said that they replaced the laser, when I got it back I couldn't put the game disc in ,disaster of a service stay away...

GameStop Dundalk

I have only recently begun playing video games at 48 some saw it as a stretch, but not with anyone in GameStop Dundalk. They all treated me so I always left happy. Roo ,who works there was the very best and was informative friendly and most of all honest. Knowing so little they could have ripped off but gave me a deal instead. Sean.

I have been going in and out of your…

I have been going in and out of your Wilton and patrick.st branches for years with my two autistic sons and have to say the service is second to none (Mike in Wilton in particular).
I actually dont ever leave reviews but felt in this case the consistant level of service warrented it, Keep up the good work!

Excellent

I used the online shop to order an Xbox. It was simple and easy . However I ordered the wrong one and realised immediately after I had made a mistake and clicked on wrong item because I was rushing. I emailed them and within an hour the transaction had been cancelled and notification of refund received. Incredible customer service. It was my error but they fixed it without any hassle. A real example of an excellent online shop.
