I hv been buying stuff from gameloot for pass 4 years has no issue even sold my gpu and all but this review here saying is fraud is fake

Worst site please don't sell any products recently I sent my laptop to sell and they reviewed it and said they couldn't keep due to some problems in my laptop but it was working completely fine but when they returned my laptop there a big hole in my laptop and they balme bule dart for that like they are responsible for packing and taking care of my laptop but they are so irresponsible doesn't even care to follow up and take responsibility.

totally fraud purchased one keyboard and came damaged and when i tried to sell it back to them they are saying its rejected

Absolute piece of sh scammers are filled in this company.

They will take your sell item which is in perfectly good condition and then break it here and there and will respond after 10 days that your product does not work and will return it to you.

They will swap out important parts from your product and sell it for their profit.

That's how their model works.

Gameloot totally a fraud online site, don't sell your console over here,they will show high selling market price,they send blue dart person for pick up,they will not send any one of their representatives to check.when your selling order reaches at their workshop they will replace faulty parts with your original parts,like they did with my ps5 console,and will return your item with faulty parts.Totally fraud and scam.

I have tried selling three different items to GameLoot at different times, and every time, the experience was the same disappointing pattern.

Their website shows a high buying price, but once you submit your item, they call and offer a much lower price instead.

If you agree to the lower price, they arrange a pickup.

After receiving the item, they call again and claim the item has problems (which is completely false).

They only buy if the item is brand new—used items are always rejected with excuses.

This feels like a misleading and time-wasting process. If they only buy brand-new products, they should clearly mention it upfront instead of offering false hope.

I would not recommend GameLoot for selling used items. Be prepared for lowball offers and false claims!

I had a terrible experience selling on Gameloot. I listed my items for sale, and their delivery guy was supposed to pick them up, but he never showed up for four weeks. After multiple follow-ups, they finally told me to ship the items myself and assured me they would cover all expenses. I spent ₹3,900 on shipping, expecting full reimbursement. However, after rejecting some of my products, they only paid me ₹1,500. To make matters worse, they returned my GPU, claiming it had heat issues, but when I tested it after receiving it back, it wasn’t even turning on. I reached out to their Gmail support, but they haven’t responded at all. This has been a frustrating and disappointing experience

**GameLoot is a SCAM – Stay FAR AWAY!**

I’ve never been more enraged by a company in my life! I sent my graphics card to GameLoot to sell it, and they completely *tampered* with it. The card was in perfect working order before I shipped it to them. But after they had their hands on it, they rejected it, claiming it was “defective.” That’s an outright LIE.

Now, the card is completely ruined – it doesn’t work at all! I’ve provided clear, undeniable proof that they damaged it, but guess what? They refuse to take responsibility for their actions. Instead, they just keep dodging my complaints and refuse to admit they messed up. It’s beyond infuriating how blatantly they’re trying to cover their tracks.

I’ve wasted time, money, and energy dealing with these crooks. This is the most unprofessional, deceitful company I’ve ever had the misfortune of interacting with. They don’t care about their customers at all. If you value your time and money, DO NOT TRUST GAMELOOT. They will screw you over without a second thought. Worst experience EVER – steer clear of these frauds!

Gameloot sucks!! My experience

I want to share my share my experience with Gameloot so that others don’t have to face same frustration.

I wanted to sell my Bose quiet comfort 35ii . It is in good condition. Headband has normal wear and tear. Ear cushion was brand new. No technical issues. Battery backup was 15plus hours . I had paid 29k for this when I purchased it. So I wanted to sell it for 7-8k , as that was the going price on olx etc.

I enquired with Gameloot, they offered me 5k. I thought instead going through the hassle of olx . Better to go with them.

They sent pickup agent from delhivery on sept 5th. I packed the headphones with its case etc.

I notice after 2 days in tracking . That the shipment has not moved at all. I contacted Delhivery it gives generic computer replies. Asked Gameloot , they said due to festive season it’s delayed.

1 week later it’s still stuck at same spot. I asked Gameloot since they arranged pickup. They said that they confirmed with their team and item will be delivered soon. But as per online tracking it was still stuck in same place.

2 weeks later. Same status. I got fed up. Went to delhivery agency and enquired. Turns out Gameloot raised pickup of game dvd and due to mismatch in xray scan the shipment was stuck. Gameloot kept giving me made up reasons until then.

With this info i confronted them . They apologised and stated that they’ll ensure it’s resolved. 1 week later the item was delivered to game loot.

1 week after delivery. They are saying that they are rejecting my headphone bcoz of normal wear and tear on headband. It’s worth to mention that there was no damage anywhere. Just normal wear and tear which happens after years of use.

Now does game loot as by its name goes think customers are fool ? Do they expect me to sell new headphone for 5k without any wear and tear.

Totally frustrating experience. I could have simply sold it on olx for less hassle esp as I had replaced the cushions by paying 800rs recently.

I am yet to get the headphone back. Let’s see what scam they’ll do in that

Tl dr: Gameloot sucks stay away.

I recently purchased an Intel i9 processor from Gameloot. The pricing was excellent, and the product itself is working perfectly. The courier packing was solid, ensuring safe delivery. However, I was disappointed to find the processor covered in dust and smudges upon arrival, though I managed to get it cleaned at a nearby service center.

Communication with the company could be improved. They only respond to emails and don’t seem to engage over WhatsApp. Additionally, I have doubts about the validity of their listed office location, as they were hard to reach otherwise.

Overall, great product and pricing, but customer service and presentation need improvement.

i bought an i7 3770 5 months ago and its working great!

Awful company. Bought two games from them - Modern Warfare 3 and Star Wars 2 for the PS5 and both the games came in broken cases. Lack of quality control is apparent as the games could have also been damaged. What's worse is that upon talking to management about the issue, they only replaced one case w an older case as opposed to a new one. Would recommend that everyone just avoids.

Very disappointed service never buy again any product in this site otherthen sahivalue.com very better site .

It was a sell order for my GPU Asus ROG Strix 1080Ti which I sent them few days back but they rejected saying that we cannot accept in this condition because the pcie port which is used for SLI which is used rarely had heavy dirt which could have been removed easily with isopropyl alcohol they said they will send it back to me and they told me that to remove it and send it back we will accept it. I did all that after receiving and cleaned it and sent it through Blue Dart yesterday and today they received now again they called me up and informed me that your GPU has been rejected because the GPU was serviced and warranty seal is not present 🤣 they are expecting on a 1080Ti (5-6 years old GPU) I told them it was serviced only for changing thermal paste and thermal pads which is completely normal for a 1080Ti which is pretty old GPU SERIES LAUNCHED BY NVIDIA previously they did accept 1080 which didn't have the warranty seal sticker. Now for keeping the good health of these GPUs their thermal paste and thermal pads need to be changed and its obvious for a 1080Ti. I sent they twice and I spent more than 1k just on the shipping and invested a lot of time in this but still they just rejected it for no reason. They are literally gonna waste your time and money nothing else and the person who called me is asking "apka kaha par time waste hua" 🤣🙏
Note: The GPU that I sent them is in excellent condition and fully working. I instead spent more on thermal pads and thermal paste for betterment of the GPU. Had used Arctic MX series thermal paste on the GPU just for the sake of better temps and better performance, longer life. DID THIS RECENTLY THAT TOO!!!!
Fraud people and fraud company!!!!

Tried to sell my used GPU and mobo/CPU combo to them. Both orders were rejected claiming the parts "do no work", which is a complete lie as I was using the parts the same day I shipped it to them. On questioning what was not working and to explain their testing methodology, I got very vague and curt responses. They initially flat-out refused to share any video evidence of my components not working claiming it is a "security risk". Only after much screaming did they relent. But it gets worse. They sent me a one time view 20s video on Whatsapp showing them booting my mobo/cpu without a cooler and with no clarity on the other parts used. Again for "security reasons", they refused to show me the video a second time. At that point I just gave up.
It is clear to me GameLoot is a somewhat scammy operation, where they will only pay you for your parts if they have a buyer ready, else they will return it back to you claiming whatever reason they want. There is a stark lack of transparency in their entire process, and I have serious questions on their level of tech expertise. The only positive I can say is, their pick-up and drop service is on-point. You can see I am clutching at straws at this point.
TLDR; GameLoot is scam, do not sell your parts to them, instead maybe donate them to some charity and score some karma points instead.

They damaged my disc of Elden Ring when I sold it to them and returned it back to me. Please do not sell anything to them or buy anything from them, all the reviews online are fake, people work for them in IndianGaming subreddit too, so those posts/comments praising them over there are also fake.

I BOUGHT 4k MONITOR and it was burnt from bottom right corner. THEY REFUSED TO TAKE IT BACK SAYING COMMON PROBLEM IN MONITOR.

it will be either come damaged was repaired or they will say it damaged in transit and we are not responsible.

I would highly suggest to not waste time and buy new from amazon.

I also sent them an item for selling they refused saying scratches. SO do not try that, you may not even get your item back. AVOID at all cost.
