Gallinee takes your money but does not send products
I have been a loyal customer of Gallinee for close to two years. I have spent thousands of euros on their products.
As usual I ordered a few products from them on April 25th. I am still waiting on my package to arrive (12th May). When I look at the tracking number the package is still stuck in France and has not move since April 27th.
I contacted customer service last week (5th May) and I was just told 'there are problems with our courier.' The customer service agent said she would get me more information by Monday the 8th. Nothing was ever shared. I contacted customer service twice this week to get more information but no one bothers to reply.
I am actively being ignored yet they took my payment of 60 euros but do not deliver the products and ignore their customers.
I will not be ordering with them again and instead will go to Sephora. I prefer ordering directly with a company however Gallinee is a scam and takes your money but doesn't even send it or answer questions.
To anyone who is thinking about ordering: go to Sephora or to another retailer.
UPDATE: Customer Service got back to me two days ago (14th of May) and finally gave more information regarding the order. They have also refunded me for the entire order.

Best pH-balanced bar
I loved the pH balanced bar the first time I tried it, and was looking for a similar one that might be cheaper. I had to go back to Galinée, because it seems to be one of a kind. It is even better than baby soap in how non-irritating it is for the skin. While the price is a definite consideration, I appreciate the discount you get when you buy several. The delivery was also very quick.
