Potentially Fake Product – Authenticity Code Missing
I’m disappointed with my recent purchase from this company.
The cosmetic products I received had its authenticity code scratched off/removed, which immediately raised concerns (all 4 products bought!) This code is supposed to verify that the product is genuine, and without it, there’s no way to confirm authenticity. This makes me question whether the product is fake or if the packaging doesn’t match the contents.
For a business selling beauty products, this is completely unacceptable and concerning from a safety standpoint. Customers should be able to trust that what they’re applying to their skin is genuine and traceable.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company.

Counterfeit Product & Dangerous Lack of Accountability from RM365 – dr ezio giulio landi
My name is dr ezio giuliolandi, owner of VitaBella Clinic in Dublin, and I am writing this to warn other clinics and professionals about my recent experience with RM365 regarding counterfeit medical products and their alarming lack of responsibility.
I have been a loyal RM365 customer for many years without incident. In December 2025, I received a batch of Teoxan RHA2. Upon opening, I immediately noticed that one of the boxes (the one on the left in my attached photos) was clearly different from genuine products:
Missing ® Trademark: The counterfeit RHA2 box lacked the registered trademark symbol, which is always present on authentic Teoxane products.
Suspicious Supplier Address: The box listed a supplier based in the Netherlands. This matches the shipping origin of my orders, strongly suggesting this is where RM365 sources their products.
Box & Print Quality: The counterfeit box had different color, texture, and print quality compared to the genuine one.
Syringe Plunger & Needles: The plunger design was totally different and felt cheaper, and the needles inside were not consistent with the real product.
Batch Numbers & Packaging: The batch/lot numbers and packaging style were inconsistent with authentic Teoxane products.

As a medical professional, patient safety is my top priority. I immediately contacted RM365 with detailed photos and a thorough explanation. Shockingly, they refused to investigate, claiming the batch/lot number did not match any supplied by them and that my report was “too late” (over one month after delivery). This is despite clear evidence, my long customer history, and the seriousness of the issue.
I have never previously reported any issues and have always purchased directly from RM365. Their refusal to take responsibility or even investigate a potential counterfeit product is not only unprofessional but outright dangerous. I have reported this to European regulatory authorities and Teoxane for further investigation.
If you value patient safety, product authenticity, and real customer support, I urge you to reconsider using RM365.
Patient safety must always come first. My clinic will never purchase from them again.

Based on our traceability records, this number does not correspond to any product supplied by RM365. When a batch number does not match our records, it indicates that the product in question did not originate from our supply chain, and we are therefore unable to confirm or guarantee its origin.
In such cases, and given that professionals may work with multiple suppliers, it is appropriate to verify the source of the product with other suppliers involved. This approach is essential to maintain product safety and integrity.
All reports are handled according to established procedures and based strictly on verifiable data. This process is intended to protect patient safety and ensure compliance, and does not reflect a lack of consideration, but rather our obligation to rely on documented traceability.

This is a great company
This is a great company. Firstly, when you order, you can expect to get the order very fast. I orderd something on Saturday thinking i would get it on wednesday. and received it early Tuestay. Their shipping is great.
But the most important good quality about this company is they don't sell fake or old product. I recently brought a product from a different that was so old. You could tell because it was hard. RM365 sells fresh products.

I made an order on December the 5th 2024,order number ( 5045000006076 ) with amount 12 036 euro.

Good Customer Service, but Slow Problem Resolution
I placed an order last Friday for 15 items and later contacted customer service to request a change — I wanted to keep only 10 of them. The customer service representative replied politely and assured me that the issue would be handled properly. However, when the package was shipped on Tuesday, it still contained all 15 items. The team then withdrew the package and started reprocessing it.
Now, a week has passed, and my order still hasn’t been shipped. It seems that my request was not properly communicated to the warehouse team. While I appreciate the friendly and helpful attitude of the customer service staff, the overall handling speed was disappointingly slow.

I ordered the Mesoestetic Global Eyecon…
I ordered the Mesoestetic Global Eyecon Pack and after payment I was informed that the product is out of stock. Instead of processing a refund, they only offered me to replace it with another item or keep the money as a credit for future orders. This is unacceptable – customers should be given the option of a refund when the product is not available.
I am very disappointed with this level of service and lack of flexibility. Definitely not recommended.
