Pathetic company. Make it hard to unsubscribe. I will never be back. And will tell everyone I know to avoid you like a plague

Rebooking flts due to airport closure at London

I was booked to fly out on March 21, 2025 .
It was the day when all flts to London Heathrow were cancelled due to fire.

Jaini was most helpful in getting me rebooked on the next available flt to ensure that my critical meeting in Bombay on 24th was not affected by the delays at LHR.

FATEMAA!!!!

I've worked with another travel agency before but they do not compare to the service I received from FATEMA!!! Fatema is extremely welcoming and friendly. She always has an energetic and positive attitude.

She talked us through a plethora of different options that fit within our priorities. Fatema replies quickly and thoroughly. I will surely being using her for my future travels.
