So saddened and disappointed to be told I do not qualify based on whatever data they’ve calculated to determine how much my premium will be. To fill in a simple form with bare minimum information with the gaslighting of helping those in need - to then without any detail, discussion or courtesy to break down exactly what that even means! To think this process is gut wrenching and hard as it is.

I honestly don’t know what else to say about GAia. Perhaps more should be said because I certainly didn’t get the impression there was a premium % created from me simply stating my name, the reason why I need ivf (which is common for many) and chosen clinic. Why have such a vague criteria if all you’re going to do is reject people for having the issues that create a barrier to natural conception in the first place!

Overall my experience with Gaia was very good and stress free doctors was very honest and gave us the best advice I wouldn't change anything about the service because everything was honestly excellent and the care was delivered at a high standard. If I had to change anything it would be the one year storage of embryos after treatment when successful technically your only getting 3 months free not a year cause your pregnant for 9 months otherwise no other complain.

Although we are still fairly early in our journey with Gaia, so far our journey has been a positive one

The entire Gaia team were really nice and supported us throughout the entire process. They’ve made our journey less stressful when I comes to finances.

We used Gaia last year to fund our IVF in Greece because having been on the fertility treatment trail for a while, our funds had run dry. At first we thought why Gaia were offering was too good to be true as it was the first time we’d heard of anything like this but after speaking to the team and finding them to be helpful and honest we went with Gaia and now have a wonderful little boy!
The whole team at Gaia are really caring and want to help families in any way they can. We are incredibly grateful they exist as without them we would not have been able to afford any more fertility treatments for a long time. They really do ‘what it says on the tin’

Absolutely amazing!!! IVF is stressful enough without having to worry about money on top aswell, Gaia has been a god send. Lovely people who are really supportive and always go above and beyond to make sure that ther customers are getting the support they need. Gaia were amazing from start to finish.
Their customer service team are next level when it comes to kind, caring, intelligent support.
The product itself is a game-changer, it allowed us to pay for our initial round of IVF treatment via a premium to Gaia which still left us with 70% of our “IVF pot” on our account (without Gaia that first round would have used all of it).

As it turns out, we miraculously got pregnant naturally before the treatment really got underway, and we got all our money back from Gaia no problem a few months later. They continued to be kind and were happy for us - we just appreciate how they handled it all so gracefully so much. I’d recommend this to any woman / couple who want to do IVF - they’ll fix your costs, guarantee you for 5 rounds,
and remove the stressful financial unknowns that usually come with undergoing IVF with a clinic. No more spiralling costs. Can’t tell you what a difference that makes to your mental health and physical health.
