First things first, they have the best prices around which made me choose them for my purchase of 2 mobile phones.
Unfortunately, communication from their after sales department is poor. No indication that they had processed the order until I contacted them 3 times, then suppliers issue which meant delivery was delayed. Again no communication unless I initiated it.
After over 4 weeks of waiting and still no estimated dispatch date (never mind delivery), I had to cancel my order. Customer services had the cheek to ask why I wasn't happy...
Credit where credit is due however, they refunded the order within a day through paypal.
Hope they get their supplies in check, and learn from all experiences (i do not seem to be the only one). For myself, I ordered from Amazon Warehouse and got the phones the next day.

Haven't even dispatched the item a week after I paid for it. No response to emails. Even if it isn't a scam site, this is awful service. If I'd have paid a bit more on Amazon, it would've been here the next day.

I ordered initially as the payment was through Paypal so was covered. Only then started searching for reviews and felt a little concerned. About a week past and my item still hadn't been dispatched!
Got onto customer support, next morning a reply stating the item was waiting to be stocked but it would be dispatched asap. They didn't lie and I assure it isn't a scam. UPS tracking showed it had been picked up in London and was due to be delivered the next day. 'Today' my GoPro was delivered, all checks out totally fine, registered and totally legit!
It's quite the relief after reading a lot of scam site reviews!
The only downside for me was the initial wait with no contact on their part, but once it was despatched it was here in no time!

Was a little dubious about ordering from them as haven’t heard of the site before and the savings on the Olympus PEN camera seemed too good to be true. Took a chance anyway as payment via PayPal - ordered late on Saturday night and it arrived on Friday morning!

Really happy with the purchase and the savings made. Stock seems to have been purchased in Hong Kong but the plug is UK and English info inside - pretty legit.

Looking at the negative reviews I thought it fair to share my own experience. I ordered some apple AirPods on the 25th January. The order remained unfulfilled on the site past the 1-5 days given so I contacted them by email. A fast response informed me there was a delay and an apology. With in 3 days the item was shipped and arrived yesterday. The 4 stars is simply because it would do no harm for the company to inform customers of delays but it seems you have to accept this looking at other reviews. In the end I have saved £30 on the UK retail price for having a little faith and patience. Also only allowing purchases through PayPal protects you with the PayPal guarantee

Was a bit dubious as to price and company after looking at reviews, turns out needn't have worried as my Nikon WiFi adapter arrived 7days after ordering well packaged well pleased

The reason they're so cheap, is because they purchase products and sort out the logistics internationally for cheap prices. This means it takes a little more time. My Solo3 Beats took 8 days. One thing they need to do, is make it clear on their site that they will take over a week to deliver. People prematurely go looking for review sites.

So my headphones turned up today, I ordered them on the 29th January and they turned up today, they are Chinese model , the serial number registers online , they were well packed in bubble wrap all seems ok

Ordered headphones, they took my money but have not sent my headphones out. After a week I contacted them and they stated that they would be sent the next day and I would receive a tracking number. This did not happen and now they are not replying to my emails. So it is my view this company is not to be trusted. I purchase many items on the internet without issue you are only as good as your rep and this company is developing a bad one. Steer clear.

Well you have to take as you find here. I ordered a pair of Beats Studio 3 wireless headphones and they arrived within 7 days. The customer service is slower than I would have liked as I did have some reservations before placing the order. Their pricing and service are very good so hope that this continues for others customers. I will order again and I am usually very sceptical of new sites.

It is not obvious, but they are based in Hong Kong. I requested cancellation of my order 20 minutes after placing it when I realised they are not UK based. They ignored the request and shipped goods to me and now want me to pay return shipping to HK! Beats speaker was not official UK model but had AUS country suffix - not sure what that might mean for warranty, and I am not sure what plug type the charger is.

Ordered, payment taken, no goods. no feedback from complaint, trying to get refund from PayPal.

I was worried about this but i bit the bullet and ordered Beats Studio 3 headphones. At this price i was sceptical but when paying with PayPal i thought i could get my money back. Well they came in 7 days via UPS and they are great. Sceptically I quickly registered them with Beats and they are original. With the W1 chip they connected to all my apple devices by simply holding them close to the phone.

I purchase a Bose sound link mini, was a bit worried about it coming after the reviews but came after a week. Gadgetgadgetgadget probably needs to keep customers regularly inform on the progress of there item.

SCAM SITE. Great prices advertised but when ordered item never arrived. Avoid wasting your time here
