Scammers . Take your money then do not deliver

Scam site. Only asked for payment after confirmation page and then sent to third party site to enter credit card details. Not trustworthy.

I only gave the one star because you have to to be able to leave a review. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! They are gangsters who are scamming people! They will take your money, no email receipt or anything and you don’t get your purchases! There’s no way to contact them either. They obviously don’t sell anything, they just put out fake ads to steal money from people!

Ordered a power washer on the 30th July, delivery from "London" confirmed for the 15th August. No delivery, no communication since, and no response to multiple emails. Scam website, definitely not based in the UK

Ordered an air fryer 28th July for a present - still not received it - I assume I’ve been scammed !! Contacted the company several times by email, phone and it’s online form - HEARD nothing !! DO NOT USE

Unfortunately my experience is the same as others. Placed an order the next day it was marked as shipped but three weeks later it has not arrived and my attempts at contacting the company have been unsuccessful. How do these people sleep at night? Do not use them!!!

This company is a scam. They take your money but are then uncontactable and the product is never delivered.
The delivery company they claim to use is registered as a taxi company on companies house and they are registered as a cleaning company.

Complete scam company.

This is a scam website. I lost £100, I bought an "airfryer" sometimes In July 2024.

Bought a Lens with them, came in, worked a few days then suddenly didnt.
Setting up repair took a while.
Send the Lens to them, they told me it will take 4-6 weeks.
6 Weeks are over, still no word from them.

All in all the repair process, with shipping will now take roughly 2 Month(!).

I am now waiting for a constructive response but with my previous experience, i dont expect much.

I ordered a Garmin Fenix 5S Sapphire, watch for £399 back when the cheapest you could get one for was £550. Risky I know this was back in early 2018. it all came through boxed original etc and tracked.

Was sceptical at first as I read some of the comment after already making the purchase, but ended up with pro lens going to just about half the rrp!

Site appears to be down and I'm gutted as I want to purchase another lens!

To be fair I did not have any problems at all stay in London

Like all of you reading this review I checked them all out before buying from Gadgetgadgetgadget.com.
I ordered a Canon G5X camera for £420 which are advertised by John Lewis and Jessops at £649, Amazon (who don't pay their taxes so don't buy from them anyway) at £620 and camerahub.co.uk at £544.
I ordered the camera about 4 p.m. on a Friday and received it the following Thursday at 11.30 a.m. Considering that the first proper working day was Monday I think that is good service. Like others have said I did not get a notification that my camera had been dispatched but I got a message from the courier the following Tuesday stating they were going to deliver my parcel on Thursday.
After testing most of the functions on the camera for a couple of hours I went on to Canons website and registered my serial number with them and about 25 minutes later I got an email from Canon stating my camera was registered with them.
So no problems at all. Speak as you find!
What swung it for me was the fact that all payments go through Paypal so you can't lose your money.

It's a complete scam. Yes, it's true, your purchase is covered by Paypal's protection scheme, but this is how they steal your money:

I ordered a Zhiyun Crane V2. They send me a Zhiyun Crane M. It's a similar product, but it's worse, lacks significant functionality and is much cheaper than the one I ordered.

I open an appeal with Paypal, which I of course win. I'm entitled to a refund, great!

However, I can only get a refund if I send this large item back to Hong Kong with tracked delivery at my expense (no where on their website do they tell you you're ordering from Hong Kong). Cheapest quote is £60.

So, there's nothing you can do and Paypal are useless. Well done, you've played yourself.

I was concerned but Paypal payment made me take the plunge. Ordered March 13, contacted them they said my headphones were out of stock but kept me inofrmed. Dispatched March 21st Delivered March 23rd. I would order again

Although it took a week for my order to start being processed, afterwards I was kept informed of routing and it arrived in perfect condition in two weeks from order date.

Ordered a Logitech G613 keyboard through the site. Even though it was posted from West London to an address in East London it arrived but was a US keyboard layout. The website states nothing about it being US standard.

I contacted their help whose attitude was that they source the cheapest supplies and suggestion was I just accept it. No offer for return or refund. Very poor customer service.

Be very careful when ordering from these people - I've been to their store in Hong Kong and it's a dodgy little shop in a computer mall. Make sure you're getting what you think you are.

I ordered a pair of Jaybird Run earphones from Gadgetgadgetgadet and I can confirm this is a legitimate trader. Their customer support was excellent and responded quickly. The item was dispatched through UPS with a tracking number and arrived within 2 weeks of order. Overall a good experience, with the added comfort of using PayPal for payments. I will use this seller again.
