I remember that on 16 July 2025, I watched an ad of a local cash&carry (Imtiaz) on Facebook for selling tools at the cheapest price of 2 dollars. And after filling in the prerequisite data, I made a payment through my card, but I am shocked that it's actually made to your company (Gadgetallday).
And now yesterday your company again made a transaction of 10 dollars from my account without any intimation. So I put up a case to my Bank, and they informed me that this company, Gadgetallday, is a scam company. I also contacted your online support, and they informed me that your company will refund my 10 dollars, which I have not received.

This company is really a scam. I have not received any compensation so far.

As communicated by him via email, I am awaiting my credit return which I belive will be equally quick and accurate.
So far the response I have received is great.

Edited : After waiting for more than 2 weeks, i still haven't received any compensation from the company. The company, compensation offer and everything is a SCAM. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE OR GET READY TO BLOW YOUR SAVINGS AND GET NOTHING IN RETURN .

Scammers and liars. Its only fraud. they wanna sell you an abo, not the things you really order.

over instagram I saw and advertisment for a ice cube maker. so I followed the link and I ordered one, but instead of the maker, I get an abo.

after writeing the truth, they contact me and would pay me back my money, so I agreed.

after I payed 29.95, they give me 9.95 back?
wtf! the lie, take your money and they wanna no bad reviews, so the lie again and give you not so much back as they stole from you.

and if you trll about the difference, they answer is, we have succesfully do our job.

so I get my card canceled, because of their fraud! and they think, it’s fine when they don’t give me all of my money back.

do not order from them!

It's the worst experience I've ever had.
I received an online promotion to sign up, promising that I would receive an electric scooter in return, with free shipping.
Later, I found myself subscribed to a monthly payment plan that, at no point prior to signing up, indicated a charge to my card every 14 days.
The website doesn't indicate how to change the payment method and requires you to immediately pay $16 USD if you want to cancel the subscription.
Even worse, they don't keep a record of the actions you take. I contacted support to ask how the process was going, and they charged me $16 USD again.
It's a scam where they only take money from you and you have no option to get out for free.

My complain has being attended. I didn´t mean to get a subscription but I sign up for a gift connected to a local drug store Fybeca. The person in charge of my case was helpful. I am willing my case to be solved. Thank u

UPDATE:
I have received from them at least 15 emails saying that they have issued a refund, and asking to cancel this review.
I checked multiple times. I had received nothing: the credit card I used had been blocked after the fraud.
I wrote them to explain that, received a standard reply and other emails saying they sent the money back.
They are just trying to make me delete this review.
I will have to waist other time go to the police to issue a report, so that the credit card insurance will give me money back, which in the end sums up to over 50 euro (7 + 45).

I received a scam email from (apparently) Netflix. Since my subscription was ending, I clicked where I should not and found myself subscribed to this Gadgetallday.
I lost 7 euro, possibly more. My complains aren't being delivered: email keeps bouncing back.

I have just had an interaction with a gentleman called Jack.

He was very helpful with my query and has assured me of results I still need to see.

So as far as my interaction with Jack - I am absolutely satisfied
As far as the outcome of my query - I have to wait to see if he will keep his word.

If his word is kept - then I have to give him a 5/5 for service, integrity and honesty.
