Customer service was good and product is good quality they also sent gloves because there was a little delay

The delivery took nearly 2 weeks I only added one more star because of the coat

I have ordered twice a jacket and says delivery 2-3 days but after more than 3 weeks still haven’t received my order. I emailed them and they said it’s on preorder because of the size. I requested refund and ordered another size …received again the same answer about preorder even if sizes was different… on the website doesn’t even mention about that.Just hoping it’s not a scam . They ruined my son’s birthday present as package not delivered yet.

Do not waste your time nor money on this company. I really don’t think I have had the misfortune of dealing with such an disorganised company! Zero customer service skills. The warning on Klarna is true - they will not deliver within the specified timeframe and take 10+ days to issue refunds. Second time dealing with this amateur group should’ve learned my lesson the first time

I ordered the jacket on October 22nd and received it yesterday. There were some delays with the new stock, so it took a bit longer than expected, but when I asked for an update, the response was immediate! The jacket arrived beautifully packaged and looks amazing, definitely worth the wait. The quality and fit are perfect, and my son couldn’t be happier!

Please tell me what is happening with my order. Your customer service is crap no one responds. You take people hard earned money and nothing received

This Company is absolutely insane, Quality of clothing and work that goes into their products is unreal, Fast shipping time and Super warm comfy clothes. Only problem I have had is overheating in the street bomber 3.0 bcuz it keeps me so warm, being cold is a thing of the past
