Great service from start to finish. Explained everything clearly. Turned up when said they would. Stuck to time plan and respected the property

From my first contact with Claire and later Stuart and Mathew, I was impressed by the professionalism of G360 Bathrooms. Stuart visited twice before installation to discuss our options and colour schemes and was amenable to further suggestions. Our installer, Mathew was also an excellent representative of the company. He protected carpets, reinstalled parts of the original bathroom suite and left the room tidy at the end of each day. The flooring team arrived on time on the third day and again we were impressed with the quality of the work. Overall, the company guided us through the installation from start to finish, and we are delighted with the result which complements our requirements at this time. Highly recommended.

G360 Bathrooms are misleading, not recommended
Lewis came all the way to Cardiff from Southampton to assess my bathroom, he gave me a quote, but it was not very clear. Then he spoke to me on the phone, saying that the pipes could go horizontal , but he meant vertical, so he does not know the difference .
He sent me another quote rectifying, but this quote was not including disposal of waste, guarantee of the work and renewal of pipes. When I asked questions, Lewis would not respond, and when I complained, Stewart called me straight away only to argue and be dishonest . This company does not act professionally, they say price and what the work will be, but on new quote they cheat by not including some work and charging for it. What can be more dishonest ??,
Please be aware! The quote was very misleading, that’s why I did not proceed .
G360 Bathrooms was trying to rip me off by cheating on the quote, which says how this company operates. I refused to sign the quote , so i gave my work to another company.
This review is to warn others about this company’s behaviour and to be cautious.

The company were very helpful throughout the whole experience.

Matthew, our fitter, was absolutely excellent. Very professional, clean and tidy in all his work. He kindly adapted parts for my husband's special needs. Such a nice man, many thanks to him.

From first contact with Claire and then Stuart who came out to visit and discuss my Bathroom Options to Matthew that finally came out to fit the Bathroom for me it was enjoyable and easy. On completion it was like magic Matthew is a competant and clean worker and I was kept in the loop all the way my bathroom looks like a page out of a magazine worth every penny I spent and I have no problem recomending them. Thank You guys I love it and you all.

I have lots to say about this company which recently fitted my new wet room with shower and bidet toilet.

I can highly recommend the fitter called Mat -he definitely went the extra mile with care and consideration. I cannot praise him enough.

I would also like to call out the lady I spoke to for my initial call - she did not treat me like a punter but was polite and helpful- very much an asset for your company,

All my interactions with your staff were exemplary and made my experience enjoyable.

5 Stars are for the excellent tradesman, its great to see there are still good people out there that are really good at their craft, and are willing to listen and adapt to meet our needs

In June 2025 our family bathroom was converted to a wet room with disabled adaptions and an ensuite shower room was up-dated by G360 Bathrooms.
As a prequel quotations were obtained from three companies, including G360 Bathrooms.
Based on the presentations received and their subsequent evaluation, the contract was awarded to G360 Bathrooms for the following reasons:
1. Their planner Ian Evans demonstrated his knowledge and experience both as a planner and as a former bathroom fitter.
The process was unhurried, we were fully involved, and there were no hard selling techniques employed.
As prospective clients we felt that our needs were his top priority.

2. The price quoted was considered fair and reasonable in comparison to those offered by the other competing companies.

3. The long experience of Gainsborough Health Care in this specialised field, including hospitals and care homes, was considered to be invaluable in making the choice of company.

4. The work began, as agreed, on the 30th June 2025 and was completed, on schedule, within 12 working days.

5. Our assigned bathroom fitter was Matthew Williams.

Matthew is an extremely pleasant young man and an excellent craftsman. Punctual, well presented, a good communicator, and a thoroughly nice person. He is an excellent ambassador for G360 Bathrooms.

The standard of Matthew’s workmanship has, in our opinion, proven to be of the highest quality.

6. During the installation of the new bathroom facilities Mathew was, on occasion, also ably assisted by Chris, a relatively new employee of G360,
Both men are worthy of our thanks and appreciation, as we can confirm that we are extremely satisfied clients and are delighted with the work that has been carried out in our home.

7. All our contacts made with the staff at the West Midlands G360 Bathrooms / Gainsborough Health Care Headquarters were dealt with promptly, courteously and efficiently.

8. Just a few weeks ago I had the misfortune to fall and fracture my left hip, since when I have started the lengthy process of recovery. Therefore, I can definitely attest to the fact that our new wet room is very much appreciated!

In conclusion, I would be more than pleased to recommend Gainsborough Health Care / G360 Bathrooms to other prospective purchasers.

Getting a new bathroom is a great expense and G360 bathrooms were brilliant from taking time to design right space to the care and patience the fitters took to instal including several niggles - all sorted with great customer service

The renewal of my bathroom is of a high specification. The quality of products are of exceptional quality and I would recommend using your company to the many contacts I have who have lived experience of disability, so much so as I work for myself Marketing for companies I am willing to promote your company. I could work with you as hoc as and when required. I regularly visit Naidex and I would be willing to work on your stand in 2026. I am sure my presence would generate more customers, therefore more income. I undertake campaign work for Arthritis UK (ex Versus Arthritis) as I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Juvenile onset. Matthew who installed my bathroom I could not fault, he was very professional and his workmanship is excellent. He is a credit to your company and worked long hours all on his own. I did feel he should have had a labourer to assist him only for a few days, as a lot of work for one man on his own, lifting heavy items. It would also ensure he does not sustain an injury and be off work while he recovers. Matthew did not say this I add, it was as an observation I noted but did not mention this to him. Matthew never complained once and he had a cheery disposition. I will miss him as we had a great rapport between us. I am knowledgeable with DIY issues and between us Matthew and I problem solved and he always took the time to explain issues and how to resolve them. Most companies today do tend to send two operatives I note too. The Housing Association who paid for this work, two Managers visited my home to inspect the quality of your work. One Manager quoted she wanted a bathroom like mine and was inspired by its design. I work with my Housing Association as Vice Chair as I am a resident on their committee which I have done for over ten years. I am the voice of lived experience for residents. I use a power wheelchair for mobility as I have had Rheumatoid Arthritis since the age of two years. Your office staff are very helpful, James Tysall in particular. My own comment would be is to provide an alternative to the swan arms as in my case you had to but willingly did. My OT said the same too. It would open up a whole new market of potential customers by a simple adaptation Display this style of arm on your bath at Naidex and you would capativate many more customers. I also feel you should have lived experience peoples opinions in the design process of products ie the hand control on the bath, I would for example offer larger buttons to press due to dexterity issues of potential customers. I am willing to provide my services for this as I am on many focus groups for people with lived experience. I also have many connections with high profile people who have disabilities ie Baroness Jane Campbell of Surbiton and Samantha Renke. I have a British Empire Medal (BEM) awarded by the late Queen in 2016 for my voluntarily work as I am a founder member of a National Charity where I live for over 37 yrs who provide fully inclusive social activities. They are affiliated to a National Charity called Phab. Finally, may I once again thank Matthew a credit to your company and is one in a million, please thank him from me. I have also had three Gainsborough baths in since I was 30 yrs old showing how long their baths last and I am a returning customer. Their jacuzzi facility is an added bonus and it self cleans too. What more can a lady wish for as I bubble away.

We have just had our Gemini bath replaced by Abacus after 15 years service from our previous Gemini bath. The team involved were very professional from the start. They redesigned the bathroom and also fitted a new toilet and wall and floor coverings and new plumbing. Mat the installer was very professional and helpful, he worked late into the evenings as he wanted to get the new bathroom ready for our daughter as soon as possible and explained everything that he was doing and what he was going to do next. Mat did and excellent job and the quality of his work was exceptional. We are very happy with the work done. First class service all round and we would highly recommend this company. Many thanks.

After 14 years we decided it was time to renew the Aquanova Gemini bath that our special needs son uses daily. The whole experience was extremely professional and courteous throughout. Multiple site visits prior to work being undertaken, to ensure no unexpected problems and manage our expectations. Tradespeople who turn up on time, treat your property with upmost respect and helpful when asked questions/queries around the work. The removal of the old bath, the required changes to plumbing, installation of new bath and removal of waste was first class. The whole experience was exceptional so thank you to all the team involved. It was a week I was dreading, but I didn’t need to.
