Great Customer Service

We had a failure but the reply was very swift and wonderful engineer Fazle was on site in an hour and fixed all issues. Very happy with the service! 🙏🏻

Wifi is super fast

Wifi is super fast, and installed super fast too by the amazing Luis. He couldn't have been more smiley and friendly, explained it all as he went and made sure wifi was up to speed before he left. Great service all round.

Cheap for a reason.

Originally I gave a good rating, however, in hindsight, I was pressured into it by the installer who wowed me with gadget showing how fast the data speed was. Sadly, it is not true, the speed claim is misleading. In the real world the claims are verging on the dishonest. It seems that the band width is so narrow that downloads take forever in comparison to BT and the signal is so weak that you need an expensive 'nest' to get coverage in a small flat. In short, G. Net is cheap for a reason, it is rubbish. Also, they never gave reimbursed me for cancelling my previous contract.

Technical support hangs up on you

Technical support hangs up repeatedly whilst you’re waiting in the cue. Then, when you call the purchase hotline, miraculously, they can be reached. But, it is “impossible” to be transferred to the technical support, or to cancel the subscription, that’s a “different hotline” that will not answer you call.

Rubbish customer service, don’t join G.Network.
