Short installation lead time
Wait between signing up and our engineer Jason’s visit was only a week. Jason arrived first thing Friday morning as scheduled. No waste of our time and therefore a big positive. He was polite and professional, going about the cable installation efficiently and tidily. He tested speeds and gave a few recommendations on possible actions to ensure consistency in our home.

Excellent installation, professionally done with care.
Firstly, the person I spoke with on the phone was thorough and very helpful - Tony.
This morning Oliver from team 3 came to do the installation. He was very polite, friendly and professional. Everything was done neatly and with care. He explained in detail how to connect and made sure the connection worked before leaving and explained the whole set up in detail, which was excellent. Oliver also double checked if I had any questions. I was very impressed.

Superb service from Friday the engineer!
Friday, the engineer from G Network was due in the afternoon but rang me on the off chance I was free earlier. I was delighted as it allowed me to get on with my day. He came, was very respectful of my home, and very tidy. He explained what needed to be done and then quietly and quickly got on with it. I am up and running in the space of a couple of hours and could not be happier with G Network. Friday was very fast working, professional and polite. Cannot fault this service!

We had to have a protective cable fitted over the fibre optic lime to prevent the foxes chewing it up. Fazle came and did a great job speedily and effectively He was also very pleasant to deal with

Wish I had actually looked at the 5 star reviews here first! They are all done by people coerced by installers! Not actually indicative of service and mostly done by people who have not used trust pilot before, also proving coercion.
The job done could have been done by a toddler, drilling into walls without stud detector or hearing protection!
Now I see they are in administration! No wonder.
