I've always jet-washed my patio in the past but this year I couldn't get the enthusiasm to start. I found the Indian Sandstone Cleaner in a Google search and bought some. It worked perfectly, much better than I'd ever imagined, cleaning the stone slabs back to the natural colour in record time. I'd bought a garden spray to apply it and was glad I did as it made it an easy job. Without question, I will use it again when I need to clean the patio again.

Great hand dryer - Really pleased

Red Rock customer service in particular Jade have been a real pleasure to deal with. A rapid and warm response to my email. Such a nice approachable team. We reached out to Red Rocks email address because my partner had received a lovely selection of their beers as a gift, we had some questions about a particular brew and so I sent an email to them after office closing on a Monday evening. As soon as Jade arrived at her desk the next morning I heard back from her. She answered all my questions in the most efficient and friendly manner. What a great company and on the whole great products too. Thank you Red Rock great service.

Are refusing to obtain proof of non delivery so that ebay will act.
The courier they used relied on an unknown neighbour to deliver my parcel and have not shown proof of safe delivery.
Terrible company being used by a terrible company who will not make a claim for me.

We purchased a hot water boiler manufactured by this company. This was ordered on the 2nd December 2022 and was delivered on the 12th December 2022.

On the 11th December 2023 we reported the tap on the boiler had a constant drip but we would be happy to swap it over ourselves if FW3 could just send us the seal required.

FW3 replied and told us that the warranty starts from your purchase date not the day you receive your boiler, or us the boiler was fitted in Feb 23.

We have tried to explain we are a small charity and although the cost of the seal is small it is reasonable to assume that FW3 could have at least supplied this seal on a project they make with very little cost rather than ask us to pay for it, their customer services person Jade will just not accept it and will not answer any of the questions about why which are put to her.

This company deals with some huge players in the UK, and I am hoping at least one of these companies will read this review and think again if this is the sort of company they wish to deal with.
