Dreadful Customer Service

Had a Dreamcatcher blanket for my elderly mum, it stopped working, tried contacting customer services , NO response at all from email and cannot speak to an advisor. So much for the 24month guarantee!!!!

Terratek strimmer

Owning Terratek hedge clippers, drill and strimmer, I was disappointed, having received an eMail saying they would replace a faulty battery, not to have received the replacement battery nor a reply to any of my several eMails chasing it so, I have a strimmer I can't use.

They were very good in the past, replacing the clippers twice because they wouldn't charge but this has spoiled their record. Poor customer service

Have purchased two items both had…

Have purchased two items both had issues.2 plates on strimmer faulty after two months, purchased replacement as advised by futurism’s,different fitting on receipt, when logged on their site,no response,even though they say will respond in two day. Not a company I would deal with again

I ordered 2 blade holders and bolts for…

I ordered 2 blade holders and bolts for the cordless strimmer on the 26th of July and the cost came to over £29, I am still waiting to receive them.
I already contacted your firm and expected much better service than this as I am a PRIME member.
Meantime the weeds have grown a lot and need cutting down now.

Best way to contact if issue with product within guarantee..

After no response when leaving an email as per recorded message when phoning them, I tried again using the email they gave on my receipt email. I have a pole cutter within guarantee where the thread has gone on the spindle that tightens the extension (possibly always had gone as it's had no mistreatment), not safe to use as it is. A quick response this time and a promise of a replacement part. 4* due to them not responding to initial contact.
