Fusion Robes Reviews

Really delighted with the new wardrobes, from initial consultation to installation. Jenny was really helpful in the initial consultation, Marcus helped me pick the right hardware and then the installation was excellent, arrived on time, did a great job and left the room clean and tidy. Definitely recommend.

It’s hard to believe, but 5 years on we’ve just had our 4th Fusion Robes piece installed the other day, this time for our daughters room from the simple range.

We’d used Komandor for the previous three slider robes/ TV unit and they’ve been great, yet no drop in quality with the simple range. It still looks great and very versatile if you don’t need sliders, and the fitting was carried out with the usual care and attention.

Zero mess as usual by the time the fitter had left. Shout out to Dean the Fitter who helped us on the latest piece which was as good as previous fits with Patrick, and Sharon for her help organising as usual.

It’s probably debateable, but we feel these pieces add value to our home, because freestanding furniture is a false economy - nightmare to arrange, often needing built, hard to move out with and simply looks crap in most homes.

Happy girl and happy parents!

Very impressed with Fusion robes. Staff are excellent. Very welcoming and informative and great ideas to help design exactly what you want and need. The end product is high quality and was installed on time and without any fuss.

This was my first experience with Fusion and it was a good one! From the initial consultation in the showroom, to the organisation and contact, to the fitting, it was all excellent and all very smooth and professionally done. A special shout out to the fitter, he was very pleasant. He had his work cut out for him with the walls in this old house, but he completed the job brilliantly! An excellent job all round and a very happy customer !

From the outset and free initial consultation we were provided by excellent customer service by Jenny. She was always quick to respond to any queries and very helpful.our wardrobe was fit within our timeline and done with zero fuss. Couldn’t recommend more.

This is the second fitted wardrobe I have purchased from Fusion. On both occasions, the design process has been straightforward with suggestions & much patience (Jenny) as various options are considered. Fusion make appointments & keep them! Fitting (Patrick) was carefully & tidily done. Many thanks to all!

This is our second time using Fusion Robes and we cannot fault either the service or the quality of the wardrobes. Everything went to plan and on time, the staff in shop and the fitter were friendly and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone wanting this type of furniture.

Excellent service from beginning to end. We are delighted with our sliding robes. Jenny has a wealth of knowledge regarding design. She spent time making sure our design was what we wanted and needed and our robes were very expertly installed by Patrick, who was exceptionally tidy. Installation was also very prompt. We opted for metal basket-type drawers and they are great for shoes and/or clothes. No hesitation in recommending Fusion Robes.

My husband knew of the company from previous work and we had gone to look around at other places. However when it came down to it the quality was hands down much better. We were able to have everything built to our own specifications and sizes and most importantly to git into our angled ceiling.

There were no pushy sales techniques and the advice from designers was spot on.

The fitter was fantastic and very meticulous in details and also in cleaning up each day ( which with a husband who is joiner to trade was great).

We love the wardrobes, dressing table etc and even my wee custom made stool ☺️ and highly recommend the company who incidentally don’t just supply and fit wardrobes. If you don’t believe me take a look for yourself - you won’t be disappointed!

Found them online, walked in and it was just great service from start to finish. Very helpful and friendly staff, but not in any way pushy or overbearing. End product was just as I expected. Can't recommend them enough. The chap who actually came to my home to install was equally exceptional. Great service all round. Can't recommend them enough!

Had my new slide robes designed and fitted by Fusion. Cannot recommend them highly enough. Reasonable price, expert advice and quick, efficient fitting.

The service provided by Shelley, Marcus and fitter Taylor has been exceptional from start to finish. Shelley is an expert in her field and can both identify and meet every need as well as making appropriate suggestions to enhance the design.
Unfortunately I had made a significant mistake in my request which required further adjustments to the design - Marcus and Shelley took my mistake in their stride and were more than happy to re-measure and redesign.
Communication was excellent and the robes were fitted before the expected time.
Taylor was an absolute star. His workmanship was such an exceptional standard for such a young man. He cleaned as he went along and even removed the old carpet for us!
There was some concern about the finish on one side as one walls had been damaged when we were removing the old slide robes. Taylor and I had a discussion around this and explored options. We found a solution that would both enhance the look and also strengthen the wall…. We were able to use some MDF we already had and the finished looked as though it had been part of the design. This was all due to Taylor’s ingenuity and desire to deliver his usual high standard.
I also had a very old and decrepit hot press - again Taylor worked his magic although this space was not as I envisaged. To be honest it was an incredibly challenging space to fill so was never going to be as perfect as the fitted robes.
I was able to channel Taylor’s creativity and ingenuity and made some further adjustments myself that sorted out the exposed areas.
I am absolutely delighted with the fitted robes and my new landing cupboard - I even go in to open the doors without needing to…. Just to admire them!
Thanks to all for their professionalism, patience, understanding and workmanship.
You’re wasting your time going to any other provider - choose Fusion Robes and you’ll not be disappointed!

We wanted to get a fitted wardrobe for our spare bedroom. I had passed Fusion Robes on my way in to work and I thought I would give them a call. An appointment was made for a few days later with Shelley. Fusion Robes were very easy to work with and their shop is full of examples of different wardrobes and options with a wide array of colours. I always try my best to support local businesses were possible and on this occasion I am glad I did. I would really recommend Fusion Robes to anyone. Very professional and they know what they are talking about.

After complete disappointment at Starplan and Sliderobes, we decided to try our luck with Fusion Robes and made an appointment with Jenny. She could quickly read us and what kind of wardrobe we would like. Very professional, creative and easy to communicate. Also, their fitter Patrick was very polite, quiet and pedantic. Left our bedroom spotless clean after he put our wardrobe. 5* experience! Looking forward to give them more projects in the future ( when we save some more money 😆)

Had the walk in wardrobe done few years ago and had my daughter’s bedroom done two days ago, we are all happy for that, great service and the fitted man did the great job, he did all the cleaning for us, very appreciated!

From our first appointment with Jenny in the showroom to having the robes fitted this experience was seamless. Jenny was amazing , so knowledgeable & with great idea’s & solutions- she almost read our minds!
Patrick who came to install the robes was quiet, super efficient & neat as a pin , even hoovered up before he left - he’s a real asset to the company .
The robes are exactly what we wanted & the quality & craftsmanship are excellent- we couldn’t have asked for more.
Thank you to Jenny, Patrick & the rest of the team for a great job. We will be recommending you for sure !

We wholeheartedly recommend Fusion Robes. They were efficient, professional, courteous and patient from the initial consultation, all through the design process, measuring and the final fitting. We would especially like to thank Shelley, Marcus and Patrick for the extra care they took to ensure a flawless installation - and in dealing professionally with delays at our end. As others have noted, after fitting, the craftsmen took care to clean and tidy the area; we appreciated this courtesy. Thank you all so much, the furniture is beautiful and we will enthusiastically recommend Fusion to others.

We’ve had x3 5 star experiences with fusion robes since our first in 2021, which was a tv unit and shelving fitted into an alcove in our living room. Soon after we got a sliding robe wardrobe and drawers, along with some matching bedside pedestals. We loved the last wardrobe so much we got our guest bedroom fitted with a new sliding wardrobe and drawers last week. Fitting has been excellent every time from Patrick, very clean, professional, no marks on the walls and everything fitted with accuracy. We would highly rate Fusion robes

We are quite delighted with our wardrobes. The service provided at every step was exemplary. A big thank you to the fitter Patrick, who took such care and was so tidy!! Much appreciated

We are delighted with our built in wardrobe/ dressing room. The whole experience from start to finish was professional, fast, efficient and easy!! Credit to the fitting team too who were clean and tidy and left everything perfect.
I will certainly recommend you to all of our friends and family..
